Back on other Ram changes, the front end needs a refresh. Kill the brow and the hood badges.
Bring back the crosshair grill on certain models.

I like the dial shifter. It is compact and works well. I wish they would move the tow/haul button though, put it as a part of the shifter. Be a lot easier to find while driving then

Back to the shifter, the all new Grand Cherokee for 2021 has gone to a dial shifter. Interesting that someone mentioned earlier that the Durango went dial to console shifter, whereas they went dial on the newest Jeep.

The All-New Grand Cherokee is actually a 2021 model-year. It's Gorgeous BTW and I love the dial shifter...

Those updates are always inevitable, but interchangeable. MOPAR knows RAM owners would buy the new parts (grill, lights, wheels or graphics) as long it screws or clips in place.

Personally, I want them to do something with the hemi to up the hp/tq. Its basically been the same for quite some time, while Chevy and Ford continue to improve their offerings.

X2 here. Our hemi is getting long in the proverbial tooth as far as power. No reason they couldn’t bump it up say 30 hp and 20-30 torque, just to keep up with the competition. I still would prefer another gear choice, the 3.55 from the 4th gen would have made things easier for me (vs 3.21/3.92). Oh and since we are talking about engineering changes, put the 33 gallon fuel tank is as stock. Unfortunately, probably none of these are mid-cycle refresh type items...they will just fiddle with the grill.

While I like and have gotten used to the rotary in the RAM, I really miss my MB electronic column shifter. It’s got to be the best design ever . Switch from D to R or N with one finger without having to take your hand off the wheel. Smooth as silk.

I can do the same with my RAM without having to take my hand off the wheel...I just use the other hand

Edmunds says it prefers the 2021 F150 over the Ram 1500.

Hopefully Ram wil step it up a bit for 2022, starting with consistent build quality. Rattles, leaks, AC issues, fit and finish issues all should be fixed by now. Come on Ram!

Just wait until there are a bunch of F150's out there that start to experience problems...which they will because they're FORDs and it's a new build. I trust what Edmunds says as far as I can throw them...and I have no arms

Just curious as to whether anyone has information on a facelift for the 2022 model year. Historically, three to four model years usually yield some type of cosmetic changes. 2021 seemed to be a major technology update. I was wondering if a slight change to the front fascia would be next?

I love my 2019 big horn but I like to update every 3-5 years. Thanks

2023 more than likely. The Heavy Duty models will also get an update than as well, but still keeping the 4th Gen cab.

Wow that really disappointing to hear about the HD cab. What’s the rationale behind that?
