I didn't think the BTS had a lift at all. Just the skid plates. Interesting seeing a BTS with a bench seat and not the buckets. Ray if you could post up your window sticker with the options it would be interesting to see. Minus VIN and price.

I think a lot of people think it does because it's 4x4 and came with the protection group. Mine also has hill descent control and the e locker.

I understand it says it has it but I don't think I'm the only person whose measures 22".

I'm just confused why Readylift calls that out for the off road group but then it measures right at 22" lol.

Here is my sticker. I don't mind sharing price and only blacked out the vin area... Let me know if you need me to take any measurements of the tires or anything that would help decide the best way to lift a few inches. It for sure sites lower than my previous 2019 Ram Rebel. My Rebel didn't have side steps and I would have to jump a little to get into the vehicle and with my new vehicle that includes side steps I can get in without having to jump.

I noticed the sticker looks like a lower quality so here is a bigger version https://www.dropbox.com/s/ttclr31hpd39e44/Screenshot 2020-07-28 19.22.56.png?dl=0

I found this digging through the Readylift website as well. Thought it was interesting.

To answer your question though - any type of level kit should be fine. Just don't go above 2" if we do truly have the extra 1" from the factory.

I am thinking a 2'' lift will be adequate. I truly appreciate you helping me navigate this situation. :)

That is why I thought it would ride at least the same height as my 2019 Rebel. I was a little disappointed to see it was actually lower.

Yeah I think because the Rebel runs 33’s and the other trucks run 32’s, that’s part of the difference. It’d be interesting to compare a 1500 with the off road group on 20” wheels to the Built to Serve trucks and see if there is a difference.

Ray your window sticker says you have the side steps and the lockable storage. Seems like some things are missing on your truck compared to what the sticker says. May want to compare the VIN on the sticker to what is on your truck.
Not trying to alarm you or anything just seems weird to have missing options.

It looks like his truck has side steps... they’re just hidden in the shadow of the truck. And unfortunately, I believe because he got the front bench seat, that configuration makes you lose the lockable storage that is otherwise found in the full floor-length center console.

A Built-to-Serve Quad Cab is going to be pretty tough to find since the Quad Cab typically isn't a popular option. That being said, there are some out there (yes, you can get the Built-to-Serve in a Quad cab). I just did a nationwide search using the Ram Inventory Search, and only found 6. See links below.

@SCasey89 I just wanted to follow up with a thank you. I was able to track down a blue BTS Quad Cab from the links you provided. Picking it up this Saturday. Appreciate your help.

So awesome! Congratulations on the new truck! Be sure to post some pictures on here when you get it!

I was wondering why all the stickers say (NAW) next to the lock box.
Now I get it "not available with" bench seat
Deploy syep is same way with multi tail gate

I found one accidentally in my area now my interest has peaked..... I was set on a Big Horn Night Edition.

Also that bench seat conversation above has me perplexed, the one I ran across is Level 1 - does that mean bench seat? I don't think I care either way.

Any tips on searching? I don't see the package or color option available on ramtrucks.com. I found one accidentally in my area now my interest has peaked..... I was set on a Big Horn Night Edition.

By getting the Big Horn Level 1 Package, that doesn't necessarily mean you will automatically get the bench seat. I believe with the Built to Serves, the front bucket seats with full center console is standard (so you get the advertised lockable storage), however dealers do have the option of overriding that and selecting the bench seat. Kellyday who posted the pictures of his bench seat has the Big Horn Level 2 package.

This all being said, I'd definitely go with the Level 2 Package as it's packed full of nice features compared to the Level 1 Package.

My dealer claimed they didn't even know it was coming. It just showed up one day. There are similar reports across this website. It's weird to me how different our trucks are. Mine is loaded to the gills with every option available to the big horn and then there are others who don't have many options at all.

strange that there is no ryhme or reason for front seat configuration, does anyone have pics of the bench seat console vs full console on a BTS? I have the bench in my 2017 now and it is "ok" but would probably prefer full console.

If you go to cars.com, there are plenty of pictures of BTS Rams with the the full console.

Here’s one with the full console.

Here’s one with the bench seat.

This is exactly what’s causing me to look out of state for my truck. I’m in California and so many of the incoming units are “bare-bones” with hardly any options.
