At the moment I'm in trip on the eld meme I'm doing a restart, he found me in South Dakota, found a local Dodge dealer and walked around the yard in search of the dashboard I need and lo and behold I found it

I also rewrote the vin:3C63RRGL0KG673383 from this machine to find out the desired number from this BEZEL. INSTRUMENT PANEL. Starting at 5YU if anyone has the opportunity to find out this number please help

No. Unfortunately you need a different climate control bezel. About $300

So it’s basically 3 parts from what I’m gathering correct? The dash bezel with the vents, the 8.4 screen, and then the bezel that goes around the touchscreen?

I havent been able to find the exact picture for that model number, but it sounds correct to me.

I have been able to successfully upgrade my stock 5 inch radio & standard AC controls for the 8.4 without Nav (everything working) with the following parts:

8.4 screen no Nav: P68292209AF (VP2 8.4 DT SXM)
Center black Bezel with regular AC controls and knobs for 8.4 screen: 68340283AC
Center Main Console with AC vents: 5YU433XLAD

Part 68340283ac is the bezel for the 8.4 screen, with standard AC controls, radio volume and tune knobs, single big button hazzard lights in the center, mute and screen off buttons. I just ordered that part from dealer and the picture attached is what I got and the label confirms the part number matches.

Hoping for some activity still in this thread. But my question is. Do you need the whole AC vent bezel when upgrading from a 5 to 8 inch screen. Or can you just purchase the center section. With knobs and the correct size screen cutout? I have a 3500 Bighorn, and have sourced a decently priced 8 inch that has the center section attached. Had more option buttons than my truck is equipped with not. Those dont really bother me that much.

Hey there Glvnet! Thanks for posting this, as you've done EXACTLY what I'm hoping to do with my 19 Rebel! You saved me from a ton of blurry eyed searching/reading.. I did want to ask though, as you said all installed and everything worked, given this is non-Nav, is it plug and play as I've read/seen on other threads? Many have said, if no NAV, there's no need to go to dealership to program in. Can you confirm?

I am removing my 8.4 Nav (4C Nav) in the next day or so and upgrading to the 12C Nav. I will have the 4C Nav display with bezel and module available if anyone is interested in them.

I need to get it here to know what it's costing me. It's coming from Canada just so you know. The module is a UCX version, which you won't get Guardian capability with from my understanding. It's costing me 1,250CAD, or $915USD before shipping. They're estimating shipping at around $50USD

I may be interested. Please let me know when your ready to get rid of it.

Disregard that posting. I was referring to the 12C module coming from Canada. I am pulling my 8.4 out tomorrow and putting the 12C in. Then I will be ready to part with it and send it to a new home

So has anyone determined the best way of getting the parts for the 12 inch upgrade to save on the 4k from infotainment? Saw the screen and bezel available on some private sale sites but it didn't come with the radio module or anything you need to complete the install.

I have a module coming from Canada and will have it at the end of next week. I was fortunate enough to have a module in inquired about weeks ago be available and I said I would take it knowing that someone was going to need it. I am willing to pass it on at what I paid for it, which I listed above. The radio modules are unicorns now since FCA stopped allowing them to be processed through dealers. It is a Starr part only, and they just discontinued the AJ version with no replacement. If you can find them, people are getting retail or better on them because they know what they have.
