Rambox/E-torque order tracking

I'm just sitting back and relaxing until mine arrives......whenever that is. Knowing that when it arrives it will have exactly what I wanted. It also gives time for the aftermarket to catch up a little. Retrax will be offering their covers for Rambox equipped trucks in the next month or so. And they added a new rail system that allows mounting racks on top of the cover that don't interfere with the operation of the cover.

Just an FYI for those of you interested. I just checked the Retrax website and their new rail system for the cover is now listed. Still nothing on the Rambox model of their covers........guess their having the same problem the rest of are with the Ramboxes. LOL! I'll definitely be getting one of these!

That looks nice. I'm ordering the same cover once available for ramboxes.

Contacted my dealership to check in with them and I'm back in D status.
I'm on the phone with RAM customer service line and after 5 attempts to reach the right person(they are having phone system issues), i reached someone in RAM fleet support. While his heart was in the right place to help me, the information available to him was insufficient. Might want to wait until Monday if you had plans on calling.

I Tried but unfortunately, my dealer is pretty small and the new vehicles go to a holding lot. My sales person left before the truck arrived so he didn't take any photos and I couldn't make it there before they close at 6. Now it will need to wait till tomorrow.
I did try, I went by the yard but it was full of 19's and couldn't see behind the fence. I did think of jumping the fence but in my late 30's probably not a good idea, and my son pointed out the sign No Trespassing.
I promise photos hopefully tomorrow.

Apologies if this has been asked before but does the Assembly Plant work 7 days a week or do they close on weekends? Just wondering if it's worthwhile checking MOTS status on Sat/Sun.

Me again, flooding the rambox threads. I thought of starting my own thread for rambox owners but I would be lonely

So I went to my dealer today and saw what many have been waiting for 13+ weeks for. They look great happy I got them with the cargo management seem very handy.

I have yet to post a photo on here so ill see how easy it is and then post some.
