Hey folks,
I have a 2019 Ram Laramie Black edition with the 12” nav. In two weeks I have experienced two a/c failures.... I mean no air blowing at all from any vents under any climate selections. Dealer previously replaced the blower motor and the module which fixed it, but now it is back. The thing these two instances have in common is that I remote started them via the key fob. Thoughts? Am I causing this to somehow happen? Dealer is perplexed.

Hi BEEF,
We're sorry to hear about your experience. Has a case been opened on the Customer Care side to connect you with a case specialist to assist you while working with your dealer? If not, please send our team a private message and we would be happy to get this process started for you.

No, a case has not been opened for this. Thank you for the reply, I’ll send a pm to get this started!

Oh my god, this feeling when old cars have more lifespan than a new one, haha. Yes, it's terrible to hear about your situation. Did you try to search for a repair option? I think auto services will change everything there and will get a lot of money for that. No one would like that to happen to them. Sometimes you try to find out something for a topic, but you should check another case. If your situation is still actual and your a/c isn't working that well. You could try to check these guys as well.
