Anyone with a 2019 V6 Ram Rebel that has an exhaust system installed? I’m looking to what’s out there that it will fit it.

Shouldn't be much different than the V8 options. Both V6 and V8 are single exhaust systems with a single large muffler.

The V8 has a resonator after the cat and before the muffler. There are also two resonators at the end.

The first step is change the stock muffler, then remove resonators to fine tune the sound to your taste. A good muffler shop will set that up for you.

First Google to see if they sell a bolt-on system for your truck, if not call your local muffler shop that specializes in custom exhaust.

Thanks! I’ve been looking online but I haven’t been able to find a direct fit, that I could I install myself at home.

Probably not yet, but they will eventually.

But if you have a good muffler shop, you can get a better exhaust for less money than direct fit. I went with a Flowmaster Outlaw which seems to be very popular for 5.7L guys. The direct fit version is $300, if you are lucky delivered out the door.

The problem is it's clamped on, which could come lose over time. The instructions actually recommend a tack weld, which means taking it to a muffler shop for most DIY people.

Instead, I got a Flowmaster Outlaw installed by my local muffler speed shop. The piping and welding he used is just as good, if not better than the direct fit, plus its welded in. No worries about clamps coming lose. It was also cheaper, $275 installed!

I recommend you find a good muffler shop that specializes in custom exhaust, you will likely get a better product for a lower price and a direct fit system.

I just realized that you’re here in San Diego as well! What shop would you recommend?

Oh, just realized that as well! I recommend Precision Muffler in San Marcos. They just did my truck on Monday, check out my review on Yelp: https://www.yelp.com/biz/precision-muffler-san-marcos

They also have military discounts as well. Give them a call and ask for Steve, tell him Gerry with the RAM sent you. Tell him what you want your exhaust to sound like and see what he suggest.

Absolutely, let me know how it goes if you get it done with them!

Just FIY, they aren't open on the weekends. I would just call Steve and get his recommendations/quotes. He knows his stuff, good guy also.
