Got mine on Saturday. Does anyone know why they are offering this rebate? It has to be for some type of marketing campaign or something to determine what type of vehicles people had prior to changing to a Ram. That's all I can think of. $250 is a fairly steep price for some random research.

USPS does this quite frequently.

Driver is running behind so they mark it delivered or delivery attempt made.

Drives me nuts!

Hopefully, you get it today!

Hi DM-SC,
You are right on, I figured I would wait till today for the mail before going to the post office. As it turns out it was exactly what you said might happen. I am happy to report the check was delivered to my mailbox. In my area I frequently get other people's mail delivered by mistake. I am usually able to track them down and get the mail to the rightful owner or return to the post and have them redeliver. Kind of maddening when it is important mail.

All turned out well, I appreciate your followup.

I thought the same thing. In the fine fine print it probably says I signed over my DNA and 401k to the N Korean Kim Dynasty.

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to submit the application on bonusdrive.com and stuck on the Affiliation question. I have to list an organization that I am a member of that participates or show proof of an eligible insurance. My insurance is through Ameriprise which does not qualify. What did everyone put for their Affiliation? USAA is not a participating membership either. Thanks.

Depart the website you are on and go to..

It does not require an affiliation..yes, I did get a check already.

I picked up a 19 Laramie yesterday and when filling out this application it says my VIN doesn't match a qualifying make or model. Could this be because I just bought it yesterday? When I type in the VIN it automatically finds the dealership I purchased from.

That’s odd. Triple check you’re typing it correctly. Not sure why the vin wouldn’t be in the system already. It’s in the system as soon as it’s built. I guess it’s possible it’s not in their system? Try it again and make sure you’re typing letters vs numbers etc. If your sure it’s correct and still doesn’t work, try emailing them (bonus drive)

Thanks for the reply. I triple checked it and the vin is correct - even used chrome instead of safari for it. But I did send them an email, so hopefully it's something simple. I'll throw an update on here once I hear back.

I’m having the same problem too! Purchased my Laramie just over a week ago. Please let us know what you hear in response to your email.

It typically takes a little while once the vehicle is sold for that info to migrate into other systems. I would give it a week or two.

This vin stuff is weird. Let us know what you guys find out. Don’t give up
They are having problems across the board with VIN errors on the website. I called them and they emailed me an application to physically mail back in. What sucks is I had to scan / print all supporting documents and it specifies to mail it back via UPS or FedEx with tracking and that equated for me to $11.46 to ship an envelope via UPS ground. Oh well cant complain cuz it is free money I will get :) One thing to note, the hard copy application specifies expiration date of April 1, 2019 but just disregard that. Representative on phone said to disregard that and program is still going.

That stinks about the portal and paper application. I guess you could have waited (up to 60 days from purchase date I think) to see if the vin issue was resolved but st least you got it going.

Called Bonus Drive today - the rep confirmed that they're having technical difficulties with the website and VINs. She e-mailed me a PDF application and said I could e-mail the completed application back with a picture for proof of ownership - no need to mail a paper copy. We'll see what happens!

Any updates on these vin issues, have they been fixed now?

Anybody else get their checks?

Make sure you apply for this if you bought a Ram within the last 60 days, FREE MONEY!

We’re getting the $250 rebate based on just leasing our RAM, and also having a GM vehicle. A Mar 9 confirmation email stated we’ll receive check in 8-10 weeks.

Not looking a gift horse in the mouth, but why, with computers and the internet, would it take that long to complete the process (get the money)?

Rhetorical question to be sure, as the traditional financial wait times haven’t improved much in the digital age...
