Not a huge fan of any of the OEM options. Any one able to recommend something (black) that might offer some protection?
I have, I think I like the RB20s best as far as boards go, and Nfab podium steps....Have you looked at GoRhino RB10/20's.
I definitely like both of those. They were on my list as well before I settled on something more stock looking. Icons with modded brackets to tuck them up and tight. Still gives me the benefit of protecting the rockers and doors as well as easy step up for the wife and kid but they don't stick out way past the fenders. Here in Michigan we get salt, sand, and pebbles thrown down in the winter. These have been a saver! Now with the wife’s input the GoRhino Dominator D6 and RB20 is in the lead, opinions?

I’m at about 1800 miles. Mine are getting worse every day. It’s really disheartening on an otherwise perfect dream truck. So to follow up a bit more...I need to go talk to the dealer I think. I did some more inspection. At 11,000 miles, I have rock chips all over my fender flares, rocker panels, leading door edges and cab corners. My truck looks like it's only driven on gravel for 100,000 mi. It's ridiculous. I understand some over time, but I shouldn't have to spend $1k+ to wrap the entire lower half of the truck to keep the paint looking decent.
