North Package Question

I have the North Package and have a question about what is on mine compared to what the Ram website states the package includes. Specifically, the Ram website states exterior mirrors with memory and auto-dimming exterior driver mirror. I do not believe mine includes either of these. Does this make sense or am I just not seeing how the memory mirrors work?

Negative. Seems kinda weird that they would state this as part of the package and it not be on the truck.

Where did you see it mentioned as part of the package - window stickers only seem to mention a few things

Normally the memory mirrors would be standard on Laramie and up - and only available for Bighorn with the Black Appearance Package, at least according to the Feature Guide I have. But, that feature guide came out before they announced the North Edition, I'm not sure if there's a new one floating around somewhere. Anyway, if you print out the page where you saw it, you could ask your dealer about it. Not sure if they can actually do anything though, seems like Congress has to be involved to change mirrors on these trucks.

Here is what is listed on the Ram website when you go to “build and price” the truck and select North Package. I’m pretty sure nothing can be done, just seems shady to list this equipment and then not include in the package.

I was wondering the same thing, I also have the north package and can not figure out how to save the mirror location

It's possible that it's memory is set to the key fob, depending on which fob you use, but I'm just guessing.

I have the north package and have everything but the exterior mirrors with memory. I am unsure on the HD shock absorbers, I will have to check that tonight. I also read several articles that mention they come with a 1" lift over factory 4x4. Any way to confirm this? Will it change my ability to add a leveling kit?

I do not believe that when Ram says mirrors with memory, they mean complete driver memory profile buttons for full seating position, etc. Let us know what you find out OP.

If you have the towing package, I believe the towing mirrors deletes the mirror memory function. I'm pretty sure that's what my dealer said and I don't remember seeing mirror memory in the apps area. I do have the auto-dim mirrors.
