I've encountered some of that here in north Texas. For what it's worth, I did my research on which dealer I'd actually want to do service with over the long term (i.e. convenient location, well-established, etc.), and then I worked directly with them from the start. Purchase price was important...but not everything.

Any recommendations for servicing dealer?

Hey guys,

First post! Just got a limited last week.

MSRP $62,225
Dealer Sale price was $53,700
Negotiated: -$2,000 off
Conquest lease to retail: -$1000
Sams Club Member: -$500

So $50,200 before TTL

Haha, thanks. It is 4wd and off of the lot. Only thing it is missing is the pana roof and 22 inch wheels which I don’t really care for.

Do you mean Laramie? I don’t see the sunroof being offered with the Big Horn on the RAM build & price website.

Yeah it was tricky to get but apparently the dealer can see it and order it. It's on all my build sheets and the window sticker so it had better be there or it's going back.

Hey everyone! I’m new here, and just trying to get a good deal like anyone else.

A lot of people posting are not mentioning if they had a trade-in when purchasing their 2019 RAM. Please mention that when posting the deal you got.

10k to 12k off of MSRP is interesting to me, especially this early in the model year and with very little incentives from FCA. But hey that’s just my hunch, what do I really know??

I imagine a lot of people posting here already have a truck that they are trading in. So please let us know.

If the dealer can make 6k off of your trade, then they won’t mind taking more $$$ off of the MSRP of your shiny new 2019 RAM

Thank you to those who’ve posted already! The more people who post their deals, the more it helps the rest of us!!

Sure thing. I actually took my trade to carmax first and then used that as leverage at the dealer to get them to match it. Uf they couldn't then I was going to go with the CarMax deal which was pretty good value. I recommend something similar and going a bit before your truck comes in so it's all done ahead of the day of arrival. Now all I have to do is pick up keys hand them my old truck and title and scoot. We did all the negotiating already so it's just final paperwork. It's nice not having your truck in the lot when talking numbers so it's not a rush, just politely, hey here's what I want or I take my trade elsewhere.

Sounds like you haven't ordered yet. If not I'd also shop high volume dealerships and see if the locals can match. Mine did and I'm pretty happy with the overall price.

100% agree. That’s how I plan on starting the process when I’m ready to order. Others on this thread have mentioned it too. I’m just gonna email the closest dealers around me, tell them the truck I want, and see who can give me the best deal and let one of them win my business. Isn’t that how it should be? Let the market work for you!!

I’m eligible for the FCA affiliate pricing, and that’s 1% below invoice, but I think most people here have been able to negotiate even more below that.

I’m really just hoping that as the months progress and the 2019 Silverado and F-150 come out, that FCA will crank up the incentives and/or offer 0% financing.

Just gonna bide my time for now and enjoy looking at these awesome trucks

Congrats everyone!

RAM gave me $2,000 more than Ford offered on my flawless 2016 F150. Also, 2.5% below invoice and rebates/private offer on the Ram.

It was good enough that I ordered.

When I was at the dealership today (not the one I ordered from), they were saying that they're expecting the same thing...good incentives, especially on the higher-trim models. Fingers crossed.

Yea Speedy I guess that's the positive along with all the minor issues/kinks being worked out in the build process...

I was right at 11k off of a 67k MSRP Limited not including any rebates. With the 1000$ USAA, 500$ Ram Rebate, and 500$ Sam's Club Rebate, plus whatever incentives are going on at the time I pick up my truck. I'll be at at least 13k off. No trade in here.

My deal...not killer but my dealer earned my business with an excellent service department during my Jeep ownership.

LIMITED 4X4 (nearly all options)

MSRP 67,300
Negotiated price 60,100 + TTL

They also gave me 2000 more on my trade than any other dealer offered so effectively 58,100.

Wow! Nice deal! Any tips? Were you eligible for any special pricing? (Affiliate, Friends & Family, etc)
