6 attempts and no fix. Filed my Lemon Law case today - doubt it will go anywhere but I don't know what else to do.

I probably need to do the same! I got mine back from the dealership and again( probably the 10th time for several issues plus the wind noise) absolutely nothing fixed as usual! I dont think they do anything but wait 1-2 days then call and say they can't find anything. Even if I ride with them and show them the issues it's like they act like they can't hear anything or they say oh thats normal... WTH.!! RAM, you guys need to do something about all of you #@@##@* incompetent dealerships and fast! I've had absolutely enough! Also, if you guys address the incompetentcy issue it might save you guys money because the dealership is changing RAM for doing absolutely nothing and wasting my time and $$ in the process!!!!(55k truck with huge payments)

My service record literally shows what you described. Had the truck three days. Drove it one mile (probably rolled over while moving it the parking spot). How do you test drive a vehicle with an issue at 65/75mph and only drive a single mile?

Service record? My dealership never gave me a copy the second time they had it. I was so pi$$ed when I picked it up that I didn't think to ask for it. The 1st time when they had it over month, there was no mention of it. Probably their way of saying "He never told us.". There were a couple of other issues it had.
The dealership that has it now said they knew what it was and would be ready by tomorrow. If I was a betting man, I would put a lot of money that it is NOT.

I took mine to Lubbock to another dealership. Did not even fool with where I bought it again. They repaired all the recalls, replaced front brakes and calipers (had squealed since 1st month I had it and the original dealership 1st said were just dirty and put atop squeal, then next time --both times when they were supposedly fixing the wind noise, said rotors need rotating.
Also, said my wind noise was coming from windshield and resealed it. Guess we'll see.....

I contacted Kevin at Crown Dodge in Fayetteville, NC. According to Kevin and another technician there, in order to fix this whistle, they had to completely remove the dash assembly and remove the heater box to reseal the recirculation door duct. They also sealed up the cowl area. Not a small job. But according to Wmyersabn, it fixed his wind noise issue.

I can't even get mine into the dealership as their body shop (which is the only one that deals with "wind noises") has been so backed up with 1500 water leaks. Going on 6 months of this pain.

Love the truck, but shouldn't have to carry ear plugs with me so I can drive in peace at times.

Is there another dealer in close proximity? I can escalate a case to a Case Specialist who'll provide the extra layer of assistance while in service. Send me a direct message if this is of interest.

All ready have an ECSS assigned to me for the last 5+ months to attempt to deal with the issues (after have a CSS for 1+ month) that I have been having. Was told the only other option is TopCare and that my ECSS handles cases for them too, so it wouldn't really matter.

There are no other "authorized" dealer body shops within 100+ miles of here, only 3rd party. So if I were to take it to another dealer (on my 3rd now), even getting them to commit to dealing with the warranty paperwork would be a nightmare (as I already dealt with one that REFUSED to even though the truck on warranty items, which makes me question the validity of a manufactures warranty).

Thanks for providing this additional information, zman9119. It sounds llike you're currently working with the team we normally escalate to. If any questions arise about the details of your case, please let me know.

Everyone, I think I have found the issue with the wind noise! I think!!?? (I don't have the whistle but more of a wind tunnel or door open especially when it's windy but this may solve some of the whistle as well). At the bottom of the truck on each side where all of the seams come together there are big holes with bolts where you mount steps or something and the seams are not sealed letting women get in and wind tunnels to the rear pillars of the truck...But anyways, I plugged most of the holes with foam not spray just dry foam and this seem to cure 80% of the noise. The problem is I don't want to caulk this up because it could hold moisture and to cure ALL noise the full bottom seams would have to be sealed. RAM NEEDS COME UP WITH A FIX BECAUSE IM NOT WORKING ON THIS POS ANYMORE!! I'll attach some pictures of the area so y'all have a good idea of what I'm describing. Guys, please try plugging off the holes and let me know if I'm correct because at this point I may just be going nuts dealing with all of these issues RAM won't fix!!!!

Try this to see if you have the same sound that I've figured out I have. When your driving on the highway about 100kmh change from recirc on the climate control and then back to fresh air. Mine completely goes away on fresh and I hear it on recirculating. Really strange....
I've already tried that I believe there's two kinds of wind noises here mine is not the whistling, but thanks for the info. If anyone has tried what I posted yesterday please let me know..

I just started working at my local RAM dealer today and the tech I was with discussed this - it seemed to have them flabbergasted as well, but had only seen the issue 3 times in the last year. I'll pass this information along (the firewall and the seems underneath) and I'll have my rig to also see about other items I've read and learned about here (eg. Water coming from the Pano Roof Vents - I actually showed them on a 19 Limited this past week - they need to be reset to proper position).

Found the cure for mine.............

Traded in on a new Ford F150 Lariat FX4. Got a heckuva deal of almost $15k off and gave me a pretty decent trade on my Ram. Bought it the day we headed out for an almost 3 week vacation and did not want it ruined by that dam# sound.

Probably the route I will go these new RAM are POS!! Mine has only got about 30 more problems that can't be fixed that's probably the only option, most likely lemon law at this point.... Buyers beware ram service centers are horrible as well as the quality of the vehicle itself..

So I found this thread googling during my drive back from Colorado yesterday as I started experiencing the lower frequency morse code whistle noise coming from the driver side mirror area at speed with cross winds. We got to listen to that off and on for several hours.

It seems like there are multiple noises and fixes going on here. There is a TSB for the rear noise, a firewall leak fix for constant wind noise... but I either missed or did not see a fix for the noise that Jwhart captured. It seems that JCC identified it as being associated with a cowl vent, but didn't have a working solution. Did I miss the fix for this particular noise?

The truck is at the dealership today getting power steps and bed lights installed. I asked them to look into it (check for tsb's etc), but I'm not sure they understood the sound I was hearing. I should have asked the tech to listen to my recording somewhere other than the shop floor.
