Hold down the outer two icons simultaneously in the lower tray it will then go into dealer mode. You’ll find it in there.

Brand new truck june 19 build..

It seems i have a newer map than many of you.

Any other 12in chacks.. on an acura i could get to a maintenance mode and view my backup cam anytime for longer than 10 sec like the truck offers now.

I just bought a used 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie with the 12" Uconnect. I have no live search and my software seems to be older than what I've seen posted. My map database is different it seems as well. The truck was build in Canada, does this mean I really need and update bad? My EQ is a lower version as well. When I check on the website it informs me that my software is up to date. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

Mine had the same version as yours. Never did get an update OTA or by dealer before I traded it in. If I remember right it was an April of 18 build date. Best of luck!!

Hey folks. Sorry to be one of those guys but I just bought a 2023 1500 Limited (pics to come after the sun comes up a bit more). It has the 12" screen and I am trying to check software version but for the life of me I cannot get into dealer mode. I have set the vehicle to run mode and held down both outside buttons for 10+ seconds and the only thing that happens is it wants to move one of them. Am I doing something wrong or just timing it really bad?
