What version of uConnect are you running on 12"?

i have to take a pic of mine, but i am wondering what versions are others running. i was at my dealership today AM for the brake pedal recall and i believe they did something to my system, may be upgraded it to the latest version, i dont know, didnt have time to dinker around, but noticed a few things:

the color scheme is what was before
auto parking brake is off
some favorite settings are goofed up
the HK system sounds different

now, firs ti dont like people messing with my settings, thats just OCD, but my bigger concern is the HK system sound. i already had the AMP update and it was super loud, like if the keep the volume at 10, i cant talk to the person next to me without yelling, today after whatever update they did, i can barely hear it at 6-7. its still loud as heck at 38 and will rattle the windows, but its pretty mild under 10 and the sweet spot is now 14, it was like 9 before.

The over the air updates find you, not the other way around

Awesome...thank you both. It does appear that I have the latest updates. How do you update the maps when they become available and is there a cost?

I was driving on I-11 yesterday near Vegas. Its a new Interstate that was finished about July of last year. My map shows driving on a new unpaved road. haahaa. I pushed the button that says update and it pulled up 2 different options. Get a code from dealer or insert USB device to download? What does this mean?

It would be nice if the Dealership gives you the Map updates for either lifetime or while it is in the Warranty period for free....

Haven't tested Guardian apps yet but thought more recent version numbers might be of interest. Other than scrambling contacts list from my phone, Uconnect seems to work as expected.

FYI - If anyone is interested in the latest navigation update and why it is not more current.

We apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused. The latest map update version that we have for vehicles up to year 2017 is V10, which is version 2018 that was released in October 2018. This is what the 2019 models should be up to date with for maps. However, we can't guarantee anything whether these updates are compatible with 2019 models since we were not provided any information from Dodge/Ram for these vehicles. For more information, your nearest authorized dealership will be able to contact Dodge/Ram directly to determine if this is accurate.
