What did you do to your Ram today???

Looks good! Question on the grill lights: Were you able to route them around the enclosed AGS area, or did you need to pull the grill? I thought about about installing some of these, on initial inspection it looks like running the wires through the grill would interfere with the shutters.
No need to remove the grill. The connector was slightly larger than the opening in the grill but just gave it a little push to get it to pass through. Used a snake and additional wire to pull it down under the frame then back up, to the DRL harness.

These Threads always seem to be fun and keep us all spending money so chime in and lets get the ball rolling....
.y transfer case asks for mobil 1 LT what kind of fluid is that. Does it have a weight or viscosity? Can I use something else ?

Lots of debate on this. Like was mentioned above it's Mobilfluid LT. I went with Redline MT-LV for mine. It's listed as a compatible replacement.

Went down to the DMV and registered out new Tungsten. First time I registered a vehicle bought out of state that didn't have at least one error with the paperwork! You can sure tell that Mark Dodge has done this before.

Bought mine out of state also, paperwork didn't have any errors but they missed the taxes by $320. DMV said most out of state dealers don't get Texas taxes right

Well, not today, but yesterday, on the second day of us towing our travel trailer (TT)South, it went into a dealership to try and find the the reason for it once again, puking lube all over the front of the trailer and all over the truck...

The last time i went through this, it was blamed on a leaking oil filter, then the second time, it time it was the residue from the time before.

THIS TIME, it was diagnosed as a bad rear transfer case seal at the drives shaft, which I thought it was the first time back in February. It was replaced under extended warranty and off we went.

Late this afternoon when stopped to pick up a new repair part for the TT, and low and behold, much more lube coating the back of the truck and front of the transfercase!
So, once again the trip is on hold. We are in an RV park, and I'll start hitting dealerships first thing in the am seeking help..I'm now wondering if the vent tube is rusted shut..

Does anyone out there have any ideas as to what is causing this aside from moving to a differant brand truck?

You should definitely trade it in on a Honduh Ridgeline. Will solve all your issues.

Or, depending on the size of your TT, you may be better off stepping up to a 2500

I like the Ridgeline idea..and a 2500 may be the future, but our TT is a great size for the 1500, and has no issue pulling it, and I only run about 62mph.
