Well, shoot. I forgot to show it off. My Retrax Pro showed up in record time, so I did a quick install. Swapped the rails over from my Frontier:

Tore the truck apart to see if I could install the factory CD player....well I don't have the wire harness for it...😢

On that note, I was really surprised by how easy it was to remove the center screen and console.

I agree... CDs are obsolete just like floppy discs and VHS. One can even argue with CarPlay that thumb drives are obsolete too ;)
I know, I know...guess I am just old..... :ROFLMAO:

That said...I hated VHS tapes even when I was kid! They always would get eaten up......

I don't really have a reasonable explanation other than I just like CD's? I have all my CD's from wayyy back and I guess I get nestalgic?
I have about 350 cd’s all downloaded onto iTunes. I must say it’s great carrying my entire collection around in my pocket on my iPhone. Carplay hooking up in my truck and having access to my entire catalog on my 12” screen is pretty awesome. I will never get rid of the originals in the jewel cases though. Having a hard copy is a must because many might be pretty hard to replace.

I couldn't find a retractable cover I liked that worked with the Rambox so I pieced it together. I put on the Gator Gatortrax cover and added on the Rhino Rack RT style rivet mount tracks to basically mimic the Retrax XR series that isn't available for trucks with Rambox. Really like it, fairly easy install all around.

Actually yeah you're right. I haven't used a usb drive in years. I have most of my data (personal or work) are in a cloud. Reason I got that compact usb drive was 1-so it's not sticking out; 2-I just wanted to try out the MP3 function. I've probably used it twice since I've got it. I mostly listen SiriusXM.

Not what I did to my Ram today, but more of what I did for my Ram today. I think she’ll love it.

👍 Oh man I am envious. 20 years ago I painted my garage floor (with light gray concrete paint, not special coating like you did) but now it looks like crap, and I have too much to move to do it right.

Truck visited the south section of the Grand Canyon.

Left Ok City where I was working to head to another job in wonderful California had a few days to kill till I needed to actually be there. Made my first stop in Flagstaff which would be around the 1/2 point stayed the night then figured ehh another 1.5 drive to the south section of the Grand Canyon was worth it. Truck is dirty dirty even if the photo doesn’t exactly show it.

Looks great. Way better than my DIY kit. Next time I wanna go the pro route. Much better results.

Bet it was pricey. Can I ask how much it was?

going with the 20" rc with amber drl.
I did wanted to get an amber light bar but the the 20" baja s8 was double the cost and I didn't want to spend that much on a light bar.
I liked the diode dynamics in 18" but i wasn't sure if it would work out, when I did a search for mounting brackets those would only work on 20" or 30" light bars
so I just played it safe with the rc

The Diode Dynamics 30" bar with our brackets come out super clean.
