I'm going to try the clear ones. The rough texture of the other ones looks like it would compromise the ability of the door seal to keep water out. Here's a link to the clear protectors.

Man that's quite a collection! How do you like that Indian? I love the looks, but there's no dealer for it here in Alaska.

Just picked this up today! Nothing special, just something to mess around on.

Love them enough to buy two! I’m betting a Polaris dealership up there could figure a way to get you one. I know a couple guys in Canada who ride them in the ice.

Near misses make you feel alive. I’ve had FAR more injuries on my dirt bikes than street bikes.

I've never been injured on a street bike because I only owned one for 6 months. I just didn't have fun riding on the street, so I sold it.

I've been riding dirt bikes for 44 years and I can still count my significant injuries on one hand.

Interesting point. However this truck #3 with the line-x type ones and I’ve had no water penetration issues on the first two. (Or snow, slush or ice for that matter) And I expect the same out of these. The weather strip is compressed when the doors are closed so it’s Probly good.

That said I don’t fjord any rivers with my trucks Hahaha so I haven’t tested against hydrostatic pressure.
