What did you do to your Ram today???

I cannot keep this Borla adjusted! I have adjusted/fixed it several times and it keeps getting knocked out by the panhard bar/bracket. I need to contact Borla about it, just haven’t made time to do it.

I’ve been very frustrated with the way the Borla fits together. The factory ball socket is a much better design.

I also plan to lower this truck, so the Borla is most likely going to have to come off. I love the sound though. Been extremely pleased with that portion of it.
ugh... that sucks and they're usually a good design, too. at that point i'd say just have it welded at a shop. but if ultimately its a bad fit anyways, maybe not worth the time/effort.

Does that have the rotating side rails that hold slats down? I thought that was an interesting idea, and would be interested in hearing how it worked out for you?
It does have the rotating side rails that lock the slats down. Works great for my needs. easy install and very easy to roll the cover up and out of the way when I need to use my bed.

How was the install?

Not bad. Did it on the floor with jack/jack stands. Was able to sit up underneath it lol. Not used to that much room while working underneath something.

But overall it was pretty straight forward, it took alittle longer than expected but with the instructions and YouTube video instructions, didn't have any issues or unknowns.

What are you using to air them up/down?

Oh no, I'm probably going to want that one 😅
Alas, it is not meant to be. I emailed ADD about this, and received this reply:

“Unfortunately this application has been discontinued and is no longer available due to lack of sales.”

So no redesign. Half joking, maybe if they had a spot for fog lights, their sales would be better!

Installed reverse/utility lights a couple days ago. They come on with the reverse lights, but they also have an auxiliary switch in the bed to turn them on if I need extra light behind the truck. Soldered everything in myself. Was a little project for my EE intro class. Wanted the lights, but needed a project too. Two birds, one stone.

Not a big mod, but I installed these Red Hound door sill protectors. Had these on the last 2 trucks I’ve had and they are the best ones, IMO. I tried like 3 brands before these. I’ve stuck with them since and as long as they make a set for a truck I have I’ll buy em.

Easy install and good quality, nice and thick with that line-x texture.

Same ones as Waterfowler41, and he has a good vid showing how easy they are, but I did mine a tiny bit differently. Either way tho, super easy.

I have them in the clear. I have to agree. Some really nice stuff!

You have the part# or link?

I'm going to try the clear ones. The rough texture of the other ones looks like it would compromise the ability of the door seal to keep water out. Here's a link to the clear protectors.

I never really thought about that, but California weather isn't super wet so I'll take my chances.
