To all of you who have asked for 3d printing of front splitter.
I have printed it in 5 parts, but if I had to make a new one I would probably make more as plastic and heat is difficult to control without it becoming crooked. I had to break mine up for it to fit.
Starting with a printmill as a beginner can not be recommended as it requires a lot of experience just to get the filament to stick to the bed. How much filament to use, yes it depends on how many times it fails, but a guess 5 rolls.

Do you repair them? I am a moto guy as well, with decent wrenching skills. I've considered the merit in "flipping" high-value non-working candidates.

I tinker as something to do and work for beer/bourbon to get my mind off my day job.

But there isn’t any money in fixing and flipping bikes in todays market. Even piles of sht bikes are fetching top dollar

Well....I guess I was wrong to assume about 1 piece. Yes....infinite-z would certainly be a challenge for a beginner. Not being accustomed to a standard slicer and print geometries....and of course printing in PETG.

LOL....just thinking about a single job taking upwards 11 pounds of filament

My truck is 1 week old, 313 miles on the odometer and I noticed my battery meter is only registering less than 50%. Doesn’t this seem low for a brand new truck? Shouldn’t it be near the top for a new battery?

That's not the full/low indication, that is the charge indicator. You don't want it to be high or low. 13.6-14.3 is a good charge voltage when engine is running
