Added the B2 tips to my truck. Not bashing on them, but some of the tip wasn’t painted all the way through and I thought these tips came with the B2 logo etched on them? Love how they look installed though 😅

I put the hellwig on the Big Blue Ewe today with the help of a co worker. I needed his torque wrench. Between my MR tools and his CT tools, we had what we needed and it took us twenty minutes. We had to do a little math since his wrench is in Newton meters not foot pounds. We work for a German company, so we live in Bar and Newton. A huge difference in handling, my wife drove it yesterday on the way to pick up some plate lunches, when we got there, she that’s enough you drive home. Let’s see what see thinks tonight. Also put in the car2link, and tazer. That’s it for my mods. Later

I received my OPT7 60" light bar today and I have the Curt 56584 wiring harness. To get the bullet connector for the white wire to the 5 pin harness do I cut up the harness that came with the light bar shown in the photo? Should I just cut up that black plastic and and get that bullet connector out of there?
No do not curt the black plastic harness. Buy a male bullet connector for Home Depot or Lowe’s and attach it to the white reverse wire on the light bar itself. Then plug the bullet connector into the black plastic harness. (Once you plug in the 4 pin harness from the light bar to the 5 pin curt harness, there will be one whole left over. Plug the white wire from the light bar into the left over hole.) I bought a #12 male bullet connector from Lowe’s. That was the largest they had in stock at the time. It was a little small so I pried open the ends to make it snuggly fit into the curt adapter harness. Then taped the entire harness together to be sure it wouldn’t come undone.

okay thanks, I’ll try it that way. I thought I read somewhere some cut up the harness to get that connector out lol. Your way makes more sense. 👍🏻

Technically not my first cosmetic mod, but definitely the first one I've done myself. Just finished some vinyl stripes on the front and rear. It was the first time I've done something like this so it took way more time and frustration than I expected. I always loved this color combination since I seen a Dodge Viper ACR in billet silver with the red & black racing stripes. The Rosso Corsa (Ferrari) red vinyl doesn't match the powder coated glossy red tow hooks, but I love the satin color of the vinyl anyway. I'm still debating on applying it to the roof of the truck to finish it off, but I haven't made up my mind yet.

Looks good. I have the same tires, debated on white letters in or out. I think "out" lends a sporty look. Ended up installing mine "in" so as not to detract from the new wheels
