I just replaced the rear springs with Maxtrac 2 in lowering springs. Super simple.

Amazing weekend...man do I love this truck. I was able to participate and try to make Team USA for BMW's international off-road competition. I didn't make the team but had a blast. We did 20 challenges over 3 days with 3 being team challenges with a randomly assigned group. Each person starts with 200 points and you get deductions for errors or DNFs. I won't know how many points I scored for 1 month but I'd guess I was closer to 125 out of 200 when all was said and done.

Fantastic weekend...amazing truck.

Memorial Day to Labor Day, 9300 miles on the Odometer now. I'd say it's officially broken in and AVG over 9300 miles is 22 MPG with 4500 miles being at near max payload.
Time to up your game and enter Romaniacs next year. 🤣 Pol Tarres rode the course on a Yamaha Tenere.

I had the ram cold air intake installed on Friday. Best upgrade I’ve made so far next to the cab protector and off road light kit. You have to be able to see those deers out in the middle of nowhere while you stomp on the throttle and let the horses fly. All jokes aside the mopar made ram cold air intake is amazing. Throttle response is instantaneous. Fuel economy improved as well. But I think the best thing is the sound coming from the exhaust has even improved. The day I had Labelle CDJR install the cold air intake I also had them do a 100,000 service even though my truck was at 90,000 miles. It included a tune up and spark plug change.

EcoDiesel is at 9500 miles so time for its first oil change. I ended up installing one of those valve things to make future oil changes much easier. All went well. Appears no oil consumption which is great. Air filter looked fine so all I have to do now is just rotate the tires and we're back in action.

Here's a link to the Valve thing - https://www.valvomax.com/products/copy-of-1-2-npt-quick-twist-valve-with-plastic-drain-tube-knob
OEM Oil Filter...had to buy a 27MM socket though to get it on. Took exactly 8 liters of oil.

With some other after-market brands of LED lights, the operating frequencies rendered the key fob useless (it interferes with the receiver in the truck). I haven’t kept up with which brand(s) caused the problem, but I didn’t recognize the brand name you mentioned. So I was curious.

Yep. It’s hit or miss if it works. Only slightly annoying.

Went and did some forum diving, it seems there still isn’t a led replacement that works 100% of the time other than the oem assembly. So I’ll live with it for now.

The revised (round) lasfit is supposed to work, I have those in my cargo lights.

I have the diode dynamics xpr in the brake light. Zero issues other than its 40 bucks for one tiny bulb. Bright as hell though.

Ditto. I had the older lasfits (I think) and put them in the cargo lights: totally blocked the keyfob. It was 100% duplicatable. (<- Making up words is fun!)

Bought the newer Lasfits and have never had a single issue.

(I've forgotten what I've done (if anything) with the Center Mounted Brake lights.)

Installed some front and rear Gun Metal Bull Ring flush mount stake pocket tie downs today. I had them on my last truck. They work great!
Then ordered a new Bison Tri-fold Tonneau Cover as my piece of crap Bakflip one leaks like a sieve at the seams!

I ran over a dead branch laying at the side of my driveway when backing out. It flipped up and hit my driver door. First scratch. Oh well, just a minor surface scratch. More of them to come!

AS opposed to a live branch. That would make it a tree, and worse damage.
That's why I like white. The scratches are harder to see.

Replaced my back-up camera after some idiot shattered the lens and didn't feel a need to leave a note. Had a few scratches around the tailgate handle as well but got them pretty much covered up with touch up paint.

Washed, waxed and new wheels and tires installed today. Fuel 20” Rebel wheels with Pirelli Scorpion AT 275/60R20 tires. They rubbed the front Mopar mud guards at full lock so I took them off until the next item on the to do list is done. Next up, Bilstein 5160’s upfront and the Mopar UCA’s to level. Just waiting on the needed hardware to come in to have them installed.

How did you like them while you had them on? That's the tire size I want to buy when I upgrade. I don't care for too big of tires as I put in some miles on my truck.
