That alignment looks pretty bad. You might want to contact them. I had the mx4 on my previous Chevy Colorado and although it looked nice, it was not work the close to $1000 I paid for it. I have the mopar trifold on my current ram and like it...no leaks.
I agree. I have the MX4 on my RAM and it dropped right in, no problem. That one looks damaged or a manufacturing issue.

I was able to slide the panel to align properly. It's sitting good now but upset that I had to do that on such an expensive cover.

Gatorback Mud Flaps Installed. They came chrome w/ Black Hemi logo so I blacked out the Chrome and color matched the Hemi Logo to the truck. Turned out pretty sweet.

Replaced the power side steps with factory wheel to wheel fixed step bars! They were chrome and I had the sprayed with bed liner to go along with the night package that the truck is equipped with. Now just have to hope the “retractable side steps unavailable service required” warning goes away!

Used AlphaOBD to change the DRL location to the turn signals. Halogen not LED lights.

AlphaOBD for windows isn't exactly user friendly, but I had a spare laptop and no spare android thingies.

Now I just need to try to find a cooler(in temperature) turn signal bulb. I had a previous truck where the heat of the DRLs eventually melted the lenses in front of the bulb. No idea whether that is a problem on 5th Gen Rams, but i would prefer not to repeat it on this.

That's super unfortunate your experience with the MX4, I have the exact same one on my ram and had no problem dropping it into place. Only tip I can offer is make sure that your rails on both sides align perfectly with the end of your bed (where the tailgate meets). I was off ever so slightly on the one side and didn't notice and broke off the little plastic piece on the end of the cover.

Looks good with the color match.

Are those the standard or XL? My tires are 12.5s and they poke out just a bit, I wondered if the gatorbacks would cover this. Also, are they fexable rubber ir hard plastic?

What made you change to a nerf bar set up? Most guys are going the other way.
Ive had the power steps on 4 trucks now and wouldn’t have anything else but.

**warning not for the faint of heart **

My once beautiful truck saved my life. I had to climb out of the rear passenger side door after the cabin filled with smoke.

She’s gone and as you can see it was a very traumatic ending. Hopefully looking for another one next week.

Ram for life now.

Glad you’re ok. The truck is material stuff, you’re health is what’s important.

Wow that sucks, sorry that happened but glad you are ok! Did they slow down at all or just completely go right through the stop sign?

On another note it really sucks that you literally have to scan every intersection as you approach it because some idiot may come flying out from a side street with a stop sign. I think I'm going to wear my eye balls out from how much movement they have to experience each time I drive. Seen too many dash cam videos I think.

Best of luck on finding your next ram!

He didn’t slow down at all. They believe he was going at least 70 but the reason is unclear at this point. He ran the stop sign. The truck tried to stop on its own but he was going too fast. By the time I saw it we had collided. All of the air bag deployed so I couldn’t see as the truck spun around. But I walked away so the ram is definitely a safe truck to have.

Wow 70....that's crazy. Sounds like it could have been a lot worse so I'm glad you came out ok from that. What was the other drivers deal? That's pretty damn fast to be driving through that area by the looks of it. Have to ask, did they have insurance (if it wasn't a stolen car)?
