Installed some Nfabs in Gloss Black today. I like my stainless steel steps that came with the truck when I bought it but when I started to see these in Gloss, I had to have them.

Shameless plug, the OEM steps are advertised in the For Sale area. ;)

Now time to figure out those wheels. I almost pulled the trigger on Fuel Couplers in Gloss Black the other day but wanted to wait until I put these on. Might be too much black as I want to keep my badges chrome so now I'm thinking Black with machining or Black and Chrome to bring it altogether. 3.5" lift might be nice too.

The moto metal 970 with machined spokes and gloss black lip would go with your setup really well

You have great taste! ;). I was poking around last night and that is exactly what I concluded with KO/2s. I had them on my 14 and really liked them. Thinking I can get away with 20” rims and 34” tires with my off road package. Might look a little stuffed?

KO2s run small and narrow. I'd probably go with 10 inch wide wheel and 305 55 20 in a ko2 if your suspension is completely stock. Depends on wheel offset and what kind of stance you want

Anyone have a bedrug in one yet?

Man those are really sharp but I'm on the fence. After I saw the application video I'm concerned with it coming off under heavy use. And water leaking into the bed since there isn't a consistent seal... And even then I want one lol...

Are your old rims for sale? very interested if they are

Yes they are if your in the DFW area. I don’t want to deal with shipping and I’m sure someone in Texas will want them as they fit new Ram and old Chevy.

I installed a Gator Roll Up Tonneau Cover. Got it on Amazon for under $200. It turned out better then I thought. Installed in 1.5 hrs. I have a drop in bed liner so the side rails were tight. I had to take the small seals at the front of the rails off to get it to fit but that was no big deal.

Installed my LED cargo and 3rd brake light, clay bar'd the hood and roof from all the rail crud embedded in the paint, and Hydrosilex'd the hood, roof, tailgate, front end and bumpers. Pacing myself plus a thunderstorm on inbound.

So far very happy with the Hydrosilex. Feels like freshly buttered paint. Couldn't see spending a grand on ceramic for a truck. My wife would be aghast if she read that. Guess I'm getting old.

And once again, I nominate clay bar as the #1 product in the world for exceeding expectations. That stuff is magic.

Installed the Running Boards. I went with SteelCraft 5" Black Oval Side Bars on the Quad Cab. Ordered about a week ago...was told they were three weeks out, but they arrived last night.

The tools required were pretty basic...a 13 mm socket, a drill and wire brush to take paint off the mounting studs and some WD-40 (helped get the stud nuts on). Very happy with the quality of the SteelCraft running boards.

Test drove it to the beach, did a detailed pre-purchase inspection. Taking it home Monday barring any last minute dealership shenanigans. Ordered Classic Bedrug to test fit with the new body style, plus a Truxedo Sentry CT. 6EEB418A-AB7F-485D-BC20-1FA869DC66CA.jpeg
