What did you do to your Ram today???

Drove the truck to go pick up my Chocolate Labrador from surgery. Officially the most expensive dove season in my life. I have some more upgrades for the truck already on their way but after paying for this hardware I’m closing my wallet for a bit.

Put the Mopar lift on today! Fox shocks are night and day diff from the OEM shocks. Was not too bad of an install but helps to have a buddy who is the lead mech at shop and tells you just bring it in after work and we can knock it out in the shop on a lift ;) New wheels and tires are on order and now just waiting!

Officially been a month with the new truck and I couldn't be any happier. I'm loving everything about it. So far, I've rebadged (black), debadged, tinted, 2" rear drop, straight piped the gigantic factory muffler, and added OEM 22's. Got her all cleaned up this morning for the nice weekend. Once I have my painter friend lightly smoke the 3rd brake light / tail lights and powder coat the exhaust tips black I think I'll be done for a while. 2021 may bring a procharger if kits and tuning become available. :)
Good looking truck

Have you used Krown in the past?
I just used it on the FJ for the first time last yr, just wandering what experience others have had with it.

I never have
Never had a vehicle I intended on keeping long enough to worty about rust, or cared enough to not see it rust. My 13 Elantra was showing some external signs at the 7 year mark, and that’s more than long enough for anyone to own a Hyundai!!

Planning on getting sprayed every year for at least the first 5-7 years

Everyone around here (southern Ontario) just raves and recommends this

Got lifted... 3” upfront and .75” on the back. Front seats at 39.5” and back seats at 39.75”. I wanted little more of lean. I might switch the fronts. I had RC Coilover 2” level installed in front and it gave me 3.5” lift and than settled to 3” lift. I think the reason for that much lift is because I dont have Hemi and the weight difference between Hemi and V6. I bet RC sets the height based on V8 truck. Dont see any other way why everyone else is getting about 2” to 2.5” off these Coilovers and I got 3.5” and than settled fo 3”. I also installed Mopar UCA’s upfront. On the back I have Eibach springs and shocks and that was spot on .75” lift. I have Bilstein 5100 in the garage as well so I might switch the front and put Bilstein 5100 at setting #5. Here are couple pictures.

I’ve never owned a Hyundai, but that comment is funny!

i know your pain as i had my 3yr old chocolate lab have his right back foot torn acl done last year, he`s doing great a year later, the only thing i have to give him is a supplement once aday, as if he gets to active hell have a little stiff ness afterwards. my cost for it at the time was like $5200 , luckily i had doggie insurance on him and it only cost me $1000 out of my pocket.

New Softopper yesterday.
New wheels and tires mounted today. Fuel Tactic. 18x9. Falken Wildpeak 285/75r18. Little rubbing on my aftermarket mudflaps I will need to trim.

Relatively new guy here. I bought my truck on Labor Day. It’s a 2020 Laramie with the night package. Over the last couple weeks I debadged it, tinted the front windows, tinted the lights on the mirrors and also tinted the third brake light and tail lights. Then today I installed a 2.5” Motofab leveling kit up front, 20x10 -18mm Moto Metal Folsom wheels and 295/60R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers tires.

I have a 2” Motofab spacer for the back coming Monday or Tuesday to bring the back up more. I tow a travel trailer and I think it would go nose high with the trailer without the rear spacers.

I think a LineX liner or Raptor liner and the Timbergrove airbags will round out my mods for the truck. At least for now anyways.
