Changed up the RAM and Hemi bezels with replacements and dipped the tailgate and limited & 4X4. The big RAM one on the tailgate I had to peel off as I wasn’t happy with it, I’ll try again soon or just buy a replacement. Also installed Borla ATAK today and Sweet Jesus it’s loud! I love the Black tips and when you step on it it’s a real head turner! Won’t let me post video, I’ll get it figured out.

Installed a bed light kit to a switch wish I could figure out how to tap into the cargo light so it turns on when the tailgate opens but I had no luck even after searching.

I do not believe the wiring is that simple and I do not think your idea will work. Im not understanding why youd not want to run it according to directions. If you just want lights wired through a simple relay and switch then Id suggest selling your kit and getting brighter lights and wiring it...

You could use something like a Mercury switch sensor to trigger the tailgate when it is down, I did that one my 2013. I had exhaust and if you stepped on the bed, so at times it flickered - so I used a PAC TR-7 to create a 1 minute output based on the pulse from the mercury switch, a small delay when closing the tailgate, but never bothered me.

installed lasfit interior leds ,man what difference, also hitch plug. also put lasfit third brake light leds in with my tinted 3rd brake light.

Next phase of the evolution complete. I got the wheels powder coated wet black with multi-color metallic flake. Very happy with the results. The Bronze wrap is growing on me but will be experimenting with a light tint vinyl over it next week to try to tone down the brightness a bit and give it a darker color.

$550, but I'm a repeat customer, ( I have used this shop for years for multiple cars/wheels) so I'm not sure if thats the standard rate or not.
