Found a purpose for my cigarette lighter plug.

Removed the lighter and installed a LED toggle switch.

The toggle switch controls my LED lights.

I wired the off road lights to my high beam switch.

The lower LED strips are also turn signals.

If I kill the switch, it kills the LEDs and the off road lights. I can use just the high beams but the amber turn signals still function. View attachment 76117

Probably about 3-1/2 hours or so. A second set of hands would be helpful when mounting the boards to the brackets. I was able to manage, but would have been quicker with a helper. Wiring was pretty much a snap.

Still need to do the lights, but I decided I'm going to do strips instead of the included lights.
Links on the lights?

These are the ones I used. I just cut off the connectors.

Got AlfaOBD and reset the tire size for my 35s. The app is a little scary to fire up for the first time....but I didn't have any issues, no error codes, etc :) My speedometer was off about 10% with the new 35s. There was a preset option in AlfaOBD for Toyo 35's and that was pretty close... within 1 mph at 55-60, but it was over-corrected just a bit. Speedometer at 60, my GPS read between 59-60. So, I tweaked the # a bit and now it's within 1 mph at 60, but the other direction. Speedometer at 60, my GPS app bounces between 60 and 61.

Also I noticed my tires were rubbing just a little on the front inner fender liner. So I reshaped the plastic liner a little to give it some clearance. Used a heat gun on one side and a torch on the other. It was cold and windy so I didn't take pics and didn't take time trying to make it perfect....just happy to get it done.

Is there a code that gets thrown if you put oversized tires on without calibrating?

Actually how do the icon coils ride in the back AND how are the 6112s up front? I’m interested in both. Thanks
So far the ride has been good. I haven't done anything off-road besides a little gravel. I like the set up.

Some have had the dash light up when messing with the AlfaOBD programming. I'm just happy that I got to adjust the settings and it worked without issues. I haven't done anything else with the program, but there are quite a few things it can do.

Before resetting the tire size, the speedo was off about 10%... so when the speedo reads 70mph, I would actually be doing 76-78mph. And it also means the odometer and mpg would be off, and some say the truck will have some trouble with shift points too. I didn't drive much before changing the tire size, so I didn't notice....

Could you try to explain it by any chance? Like in what ways does it feel different than stock? Thanks!

12” screen? Harmon Kardon system? Not sure if it’s a must on level 2 or tech group.

what’d you end up paying? I would have been OK with one of those instead of a limited with all the options it has!

yes 12”. and 19 speaker HK comes with level 2. only thing doesn’t have is ram box or multi function tailgate. but i don’t like either those. paid $60.4 but that was with lifetime Service contract and ceramic coating.
