What did you do to your Ram today???

No drone even on MDS?

None that I notice and I've had it for a little over 5 weeks now. I pasted the thread post where I posted a few vid clips.

Any noticeable change when MDS kicks in? Thanks.

to be honest not really, it fluttered a little but nothing overwhelming. I also have turned my MDS off 75% of the time driving it the last 2 days so I am not too concerned. It sounds beastly in 8 cylinder full time.

I was back and forth between TerrainContact and defenders. Ended up with TerrainContact and love them. What’s your verdict on both tires?

The Michelin's do great in wet and snow, although the last set I had on my 2014 Ram started to chuck rubber and were about shot when I traded the truck in, about 40K on the tires. I am really impressed with continentals so far, I've only driven on wet roads once but they seemed just as good if not better in the wet. The look a little bigger in stock size then the Nexans that came on the truck and have a Rim protector which is a nice feature.

Very cool - I'd like to see more pics of this! is it mounted to the bed rail? And what's the winch crane you've got there? Never seen that before.
Thanks. It is mounted through stake pockets, the crane is to get the tent (starting to get a run a round about the tent from Morris 4wheel drive :( ) on the rack, come to find out that someone on the forums had come up with the same solution couple years ago, great minds think alike :)

Went and watched the Northern Lights.

Finally installed shorter rear sway bar links to match my 2 inch rear drop. The links are from Core 4x4, way beefier than stock and have big urethane bushings. It made the Hellwig bar feel even more responsive and completes the upgrade. The only hassle was the new hardware didn't fit the top nut that is welded to the frame so instead of trying to cut it off I drilled it out. Sorry for the crappy photo

Ok this is what I’d like to do to my ram today (partially)....how far can I go with the plastidip spray can? I’m sure I can do the badging on the hood, tailgate, and sides, but what about the steps?

Also as to the badging, how many coats should I use?

I’ll be buying new rims or getting these wrapped.

This pic is what I’m trying to achieve.

Installed the Magnaflow catback exhaust, #19430, this weekend on my Laramie Night Edition. The sound is exactly what I was looking for. Louder than stock, no drone and roars when you punch it. I have had this truck 2 months now and I love it!!!

I want this bad! Any pics?

The more coats you use the more durable it will be in the long run. I always aim for 6-8 coats when I used plastidip so that it holds up overtime and easy to remove. So far it hasn’t failed me yet.
