Yikes. I spent the day on a jeep trail east of Tombstone in the beautiful Arizona sunshine. Then stopped at the Tombstone brewery for a couple of their Helles Dorados lagers. Being retired has it's perks.

Got an update on the Transmission, going in for the replacement on the 7th at 7 for 7 days... jk... they got it scheduled for 2 days.

So that's good. I really hate driving it with this issue, and I have a 500 mile trip I need to take this weekend too.

Manufacturers don’t make hardly anything to upgrade the Limited aside from auxiliary light bars and pods. Haven’t seen any grill lights anyway. You can’t upgrade the headlights as they’re sealed.

What did I do to my RAM today? Well, actually yesterday I traded it off on the wife's new 40th anniversary ride. It was hard to see it go, but I needed the equity out of it.

I've had a ram or two since 2019 and now I'm back to just driving a car. Oh well!

Enjoyed chatting with you guys via the forum and seeing your beautiful rigs and nice mods. I will probably keep checking in every now and then. Who knows, maybe a 2026 with a hemi might be in my future! Ha ha...

Ha ha. Truth is, the truck didn't fit in the garage, which I already knew, I'm not really using it as a truck. It's a glorified grocery getter, I don't take it off road or tow anymore so it's just unnecessary.

If we were up a little bit higher economic status (I'm still working two jobs and I'm 69) then I would've kept the truck but I just can't afford three vehicles insurance and clogging up my driveway.

The BMW had $12,000 in discounts, so it was 63K. The truck cost more than that so I figure it's a more usable/fun vehicle.

40 years of putting up with me is worth something.nice. I always drive her cast off vehicles, if you can believe it, the truck was her cast off vehicle the last time.
