What did you do to your Ram today???

looks like the $40 silver thing that matches the black thing I got from Amazon
I got the black thing from Amazon, but it came with a pinched black rubber thing. I returned it and got the UPR. While the other one may have worked, this one is definitely higher quality.

I have the black Amazon one and find the quality pretty good. No moving parts and it feels solid. Good enough for me.

I didn't use the rubber things that came with mine. I knew going in they'd be cheap quality. Bought some vacuum line from local parts store. Still used the fancy hose clamp covers it came with though

I looked on Amazon for UPR. Found them for other Hemi's, but no mention of DT trucks. Does that really matter?

This is basically a UPR catch can with a drain valve and you aren't paying for the name.

I couldn't figure out how to get the clamp covers on the hoses so I just said **** it and left them off.

Every time I see one, I wish I'd gotten it instead of line-x
Did LIne-X on previous 2 trucks. Last one faded pretty badly and became an eyesore. Wasn't much of a debate this time, bedrug about half the cost of line-x around here. Time will tell how it holds up to weather.

I did the premium one that's not supposed to fade. But I have a tonneau cover so the sun isn't really a factor

I was thinking about this & then noticed how much further the the top center of the grill sticks out past the bumper. Do you have a side profile photo of it installed on your truck to show the difference for us?
