What did you do to your Ram today???

It's strange to me because when I changed my oil for the first time on my ram, it sat in my driveway for about a week (drove my charger instead) then I pulled the plugged and only got about 6 qt out of it.

Then when I refilled it with new oil, same 6 qt to fill it, according to the dip stick. After the oil change. I drove it around the block to warm the engine, and checked the stick again..and it was still filled after the 6 qt. I was

Weird. The four times I've changed my oil, always took 7qts to full. Well, technically the last one took a few more because my Fumoto valve didn't close all the way and I lost a few quarts in the garage floor that had to be replaced.

I hope you didn't pay for that especially the spark plugs change. These trucks use platinum plugs that are good for 100K miles. And since there are 16 of them.......
What I paid for today was the mount and balance for the tires and the wheel alignment that I forgot to mention.

The Mopar plan covers all service costs up to 50k miles. I attached the service plan in case anyone is curious about it. The really odd part is plan replaces the plugs at 30k which had everyone scratching their head on that one. I got my dealer push it to 40k.

Attached is the service portion of the plan in case anyone is curious to take a look.

Did you run the power for the main light and the backlight to separate switches on the auxbeam controller?

Negative, the backlight is controlled by a relay that triggers when my marker lights are on and the main light is controller by my auxbeam controller

Added the Reflective Concepts grill decal. I love the Night Package, but the grill tends to look like a huge, black void. I thought it needed just a little color to add some distinctive detail. Really like how it turned out. It's the color match crystal granite.

Well, now your plugs are good to 140,000 miles 😃

When an opportunity comes your way, you take it hahaha... That is exactly what I did.

My buddy at work had his Borla warrantied because some of the pipes were bent. I asked him if I could have his old Atak (newer then my s-type) if Borla doesn't want it back. Well Borla doesn't want the stuff back so I was able to swap out my S-Type for the Atak.

Was trying to trade for awhile with someone but never happened. Then this happened and worked out for me.

So far love the Atak and should have gotten it yo begin with but I was worried it would be loud in the cab. So far it's only I tiny bit louder in the cab but not by much. Only time it's louder is when I give it lots of throttle, cruising is almost similar to the s-type. Idle sounds a lot more throaty compared to the s-type and when you really open it up it is nice and loud. So ya I'm loving it.

Towing might be bad compared to s-type but not something I do often. Winter warm up may annoy neighbors at high idle, but it's no longer winter so they have 6 or 7 months to get used to it. By that time it will not be as noticeable for them I think.

Anyhow that is what I did, technically yesturday. I was tired after messing around on ground doing thia I never posted the pics. Thanks to the lift I didn't need to jack the truck up lol.
