The Retrax MX Pro (# 80244) and the Retrax # 60244 work very well w/ the MFT!
I am hoping a mopar version can be designed so I do not have to buy an after market bed brace prior to install of a tonneau cover. The retrax covers are definetly a quality product and if mopar does not have an OEM install within 6 months or so I will likely go with the Retrax.

What is the a/c hack??
Simply put, it's a valve added to the coolant line that goes to the heater core. This will let you slow or stop hot coolant entering the heater box and helps lower the AC temp

1. tint, must include full windshield
2. Exhaust, I have the Borla ATAK
3. Dash cam CYA
4. TazerDT
5. Tie--;Vararam intake/gator etx soft roll up tonneau

Have Ceramic coating as well if you care about keeping your paint looking good without hours of maintenance. And spray in bed liner.

Want to do the Bilstien 5100 front level, just haven't pulled trigger. And have some wheel spacers I need to pick up and install.

This is just based off what I have done so far

Top 6:
1. PPF front end - absolutely necessary for painted bumpers.
2. Hellwig sway bar
3. Mopar bed step
4. Window tint - hate driving in a fish bowl.
5. Truxedo Lo pro tonneau cover
6. S&B CAI - adds nothing to power, but sounds good and looks great.

Honorable mention:
1. Paint correction and ceramic coating - makes the truck so easy to clean.
2. Mishimoto catch can
3. LUYED reverse lights - 2 of these really light it up!

1) full exhaust
2) tint/window visors
3) tonneau cover
4)100k bumper to bumper
5) aftermarket tires

I would like to do the Hellwig sway bar but not sure I will have any benefit while daily driving unloaded, nor if it will add any comfort for when driving to get the kid to sleep.

As much as I like the LED third cargo and brske light as well as interior vanity visor LED lights i rarely look at them.

Must have:
  1. Bilstein ride height adjustable front shocks
  2. ReadyLift 3.5” SST Lift kit
  3. Dark window tint (must in South Texas)
  4. Full exterior/interior LED bulb replacement
  5. Vitesse Throttle Controller

    Honorable mentions:
    1. Borla S-Type Cat-back Exhaust (should probably be on must have, that sound at startup never gets old)
    2. Hellwig Sway bar (currently on order but based on all posts this will be either must have or honorable mention)
**Edit - “2. ReadyLift 3.5” SST Lift kit plus 35” tires

8 months in to owning this one, I've settled on my list:

1) Muffler upgrade!
2) Good wheels and taller tires
3) External reverse lights (this would be number two, but they don't give me the same joy looking out my window as my wheels and tires do :D)
4) Wheel to wheel running boards (that extra foot or so in front of the rear wheel is invaluable)
5) Remote start (so easy to add I wish had done it sooner)

Honorable mention to Tazer, smoked taillights (base factory lenses are hideous!), and a CD player

Interesting to see the differences/similarities between everyone's list. I guess I'd put the first 5 things I did to my truck:
What I consider important (and what I got for each)
1. Spray in bed liner (Line X)
2. Tonneau cover (Retrax XR)
3. Side steps (Rhino RB20)
4. Mud flaps (Husky)
5. Level/suspension (Bilstein 6112/5160)

2. Step bars don't remember brand.

1. Ram Airflow ( complete)
2. Tonneau cover
3. Mopar or Carli lift kit
4. Ceramic paint protection coating
5. New tires all season ( I have winter Nokian studded )

The tonneau cover likely the last thing I do as I have the multi function tailgate and I will wait likely for the Mopar version .. hopefully in a year they figure it out.. the stock wheels really are not good so I’ll be looking next spring for a good set of all weather tires.. Merry Christmas everyone !!
So now that I have had the truck for a few months the list has changed to this
1. Ram Aiflow ✅
2. Thule Xsporter Pro bed rack ( ordered)
3. Mopar 2” lift ( ordered)
4. New wheesl ( not sure on wheel yet ) and tires for towing , Michelin Defender LTX ( Nokian studded staying on stock rims)
5. Mopar bed divider soon to be ✅
6. Hellwig sway bar

After I’m done that I’m not sure what would be next. Due to MFT I decided against changing the stock brackets and getting tonneau. I doubt I’ll do the ceramic coat as there are better ways to spend money on the truck.. speaker upgrade ?

I’ve been without the truck a few weeks now due to a drunk driver hitting my front fender/tire area while it was parked ( another post you can search “ venting hit by drunk driver” 🤬 but all is good and should have back mid week. 👍 I really miss the truck. Take care everyone !

I’ve been meaning to get to this! I’m gonna start by saying that if you don’t have the BUG, a spray in bed liner is an immediate priority. The bed step is also high on the list, use it more than I thought I would.

Here’s my list of must haves:
1. Wireless CarPlay - quickly tired of plugging and unplugging
2. Hellwig Sway bar - never heard of it before this forum, now a true believer!
3. Side steps or running boards
4. Ceramic window tint
5. Covercraft windshield shade (not sure if this is a mod, but definitely a must have in hotter climates)

Next on my list:
- Pedal commander - the throttle lag is starting to annoy me.
- mud flaps - side of the truck is always dirty!
- Borla exhaust
- A/T tires

That's one of the better prices I've seen on a retractable. I just installed the mopar splash guards and ordered some vivik (weather tech like) floor mats off Amazon for mine. I've been looking for a good rolling tonneau and I might pull the trigger on an access cover. During the search for mats there's plenty of plastic baskets for under the rear seat that seem to go all the way up to the bottom of the rear seats for around 100. I'd like one too but I have the factory underseat storage but I don't like how it doesn't extend to the end of the seat. It's almost pointless... Seen a couple off storage dividers on there as well for around 13-20 bucks as well. As for tint I found a guy on FB marketplace that offers a lifetime guarantee on ceramic. I've used him before on a previous truck and he only charged 130.
