Probably my biggest pet peeve. I would disagree that it is only 1-35% + 100%
IMHO, dumb not to just have 1-100.

I have a 2021 Rebel and they haven’t fixed it yet. I’ve resolved to it being a manual adjustment.
Dimmer is to dim for day time, bright is to high for night. I put this in the category with the “lane keep” that does no such thing and the poorly done GPS, data and screen colors (dark red letters on black!), as somebody blowing somebody at RAM instead of being good at their job.
