Seems the vented seats are not turning on when activated.

‘22 Ram Sport.

I’ve searched and haven’t found a solution.

did ya check the fuse? You say you searched but don't mention anything you've tried or checked. Are you saying they worked before but are no longer working?

Yeah i checked the fuse. It was fine. Worked before the most recent OTA update.

Chris,
Ram Cares

Just one more reason I need to look up that thread that enables us to bypass these OTAs.... When everything works as it should Ram needs to just leave **** alone
I just wonder after these OTA's, if it's not worth disconnecting the battery for a good hour to reset the full vehicle since these are nothing but computers anymore. When you update a computer, they usually do a restart.

bummer. i freaking LOVE the ventilated seat function.
OTA - oh we see everything is working fine our dealerships need service work so let's generate some.
OTA's NO THANKS

I’m not saying you’re wrong, but I will say that I usually don’t know that one of these has happened until I’m getting in the truck to leave. As I recall, they used to send warnings that an update was going to occur. Now it just seems like I start the vehicle up and I get the new “accept” screen and certain things don’t show up.

I have put off taking the truck in to get some of the recalls done because I haven’t experienced the problems the recall are said to address, and I hate taking my truck to the dealer anyway. I may go ahead and just take it in and have all of them addressed, and then do the bypass and call it done.

I wish they would go back to allowing customers the option OTA or personal update.

seriously, progress i guess? it feel's like giving access to my truck's system's anytime so they can do whatever is a bad idea.

Do the OTAs happen automatically? I just started having the same issue with my vented seats
Yeah. I went to start my truck after coming out of a Long & McQuades and it had me sitting there waiting for the update to install.
