The gossip going around when the 12" came out was that there wasn't enough processing power/memory to have the VHR with the 12. If in fact the 21's now have it without a h/w improvement then that's good news for the rest of us providing we ever get a software update for this thing.

I just noticed my Uconnect has vehicle health reports now too! Never had it on 2019 Limited, held my breath for it and died waiting. Guess 3+ years was the magic number.

I have a '21 with the 12" screen, no VHR for me. I do get low fuel level notifications from the app, but I can't see anything when I open the app up. Strange.

I contacted Uconnect Cares via Twitter 3 days ago to see if they could provide some details and they never replied so they obviously don't give a crap (not surprising)...

Mine started working! Not sure when as I dont use the app much. But I was always disappointed that it didnt show vehicle health. I noticed it a couple of nights ago.

Anybody know what the most current software version is. I talked to UConnect and they are sending me to the dealership for an update. I want to make sure I get latest version. I am right now on 18.27.

Yeah, would be great if someone can confirm this. I'd also be interested as to why it would not work, isn't the 12" the same unit for both years?

I do not know software version. The truck has a build date of 6/21 so I'd imagine it is the latest. If you know how I can check the software version without messing around too much I will check for you
