Submitted on April 30th with all documents needed. They still haven't given it to me. Every time I call they say they have everything they need and so no reason why I won't get it but there are too many people ahead of me?????? Are you freaking kidding me. These people are awful.

Did you ever try resubmitting? You are the only one I have heard this happening to. I wished it could get resolved.

Received mine 9/14 (yesterday). Submitted application 6/29. On 7/22 got an email stating they needed more information. I resent information I sent on the 29th of June. On 7/26 got the email stating it was approved. If it wasn't for this forum I would've never known about this. Thanks!

I called once a week since June. Always the same excuse “we have everything you submitted and it is all here, you did everything right it just takes time. There’s a long line of people ahead of you” blah blah blah.......
