I have this pulsing issue at 40mph also. Just started last month. Still pulsing when I roll down the window. Dealer said it was working as intended ha this TSB doesn’t apply to my truck because I have the 19 HK.

I am also having this issue. It manifests on the interstate around 70 miles per hour. Every 15 minutes or so, I will suddenly get a noticeable static type noise from the right side of the interior of the vehicle. Then about 10 or 15 seconds later, it will abruptly stop and everything will be nice and quiet again. I think it has to be the ANC having a conniption...
