Regarding the TSB, that is the most we can share regarding the symptoms that are addressed in the update. I cannot provide a link or full copies of the bulletin.
Its OK, we have caring forum members who could do just that. Thanks @Cbty2050

I have an appointment tomorrow for the issue where access to the left and right mirror cameras is gone. 360 works, so the cameras are operable, just not able to view those cameras individually. I'll update tomorrow if they have a fix for it.

Thanks for the update , I've call to set up apt also. I also lost my trailer surround view option. after paying a 1000.00 and just like that disconnected.

Update: As I suspected, going to the dealership was a waste of my time (left work early and drove and hour from work for this). Needless to say they couldn’t do anything, and wouldn’t edit the BCM like mentioned previously in this thread by Jimmy07. The service manager did say that there are a bunch of documents citing this issue and that he assumes this will be an update fix in the near future.

Also, as I got in my truck to leave, I had received a message from Hannah of Ram Cares that said this:
“Thank you for the update!

After further insight from other internal teams, we have been informed that our engineering and quality teams are aware of the above concern and are actively working on a fix. At this time there is no need for an appointment unless otherwise desired. Thank you so much for your patience and cooperation.

Just my luck that I get this message as I leave my appointment lmao!🤣

I think that's pretty much expected. The dealer won't be able to do anything until UConnect publishes an update to fix this stuff. It would have made sense to actually validate the update before pushing it out to everyone but seems like UConnect would rather make the owners be the beta testers.

Anyone here lose Climate Control with the latest update???? Boy do I wish I would have kept my 2016 Rebel… hate the “technology” on my 22 Longhorn 12 inch.
Only the factory reset worked for this. It is fixed now

So was this a botched update for non23 trucks?

Mine came with this version from the factory.
Yes.
From what I read the trucks get configured via the firmware and features present get disabled unless you hardcode your truck to say it's a 2023.
No features are gained for a 2022 so no reason for people to seek it out imo.

Patch update is coming in the next few weeks, I received that info from a tech advisor/field engineer today. Many issues are being fixed by a hard reset on the radio.

Note: a very clear explanation if the issue and the cause of the loss of access to individual mirrors ... OTA Update:
"I submitted a ticket to RAM and here's the lame response from their reps:
May I ask If have you taken your vehicle to the dealership to get the diagnosis within the last 14 days?

If yes,
Which dealership did you use to get the diagnosis?
When did you get the diagnosis?
When did this start?
Who did you speak with at the dealership?

If no,
I recommend you coordinate with a certified dealership that is near your location to have your vehicle diagnose. After the diagnosis and the real issue has been identified, our dealer specialist on site will be able to provide the customer the next best steps to the customer's issue
."

It isn't the technology, it is the incompetence of the folks who implement and maintain the software that drives the technology, they are the problem. They make a careless release and we pay the price. Not only is this unacceptable but it is unforgivable and displays the immaturity of their software development capabilities.

There was a time in automotive history when a software product, before it was released, went through regression testing. A regression test verified the existing functionality remained unchanged after new features and/or changed behaviors were added and the new features did not alter the existing software product.

I have a strong opinion they no longer perform regression testing of a software release, they have, likely due to costs, taken the Microsoft route of having the end user debug the release.
