Turn signals as DRLs are cool

I haven’t seen any other ram with this mod on the road. I like it with the signature halos on at the same time.

I didn’t realize it was possible to turn the uppers and lowers Amber like that, except on a TRX. How was it done? Or is it a trick of the light, and only the lowers are Amber?

Turn signals are amber, signature lighting is white. Or signature off and only amber turn signals on if you prefer

I like the way these look myself too. Using them on of the time has daylight running lights. They both have blown already though and had to replace them. Looks a lot better in person.

I use turn signal as drl thru Alfa. I really prefer them over the headlights. Especially on a black truck. This is one of my more obnoxious looks. Lol

I turn off DRL...like seriously we need lights during the day now...not falling for the predictive programming

The top of his truck is white
Those headlights OP has are differnet then the Limited\TRX ones.
His blinker is the bottom brow.
On a limited the blinker is the top brow.

Looks good! You could maybe replace with led bulbs that way they wouldn’t burn out and would be brighter.

I wish I could do this through jscan! From what I understand it’s a wiring harness that’s needed to do that. I’ll prob add some rebel style grill lights at some point

Using my Tazer I just did the amber turns for DRL and deactivated everything else.


With the latest Tazer upgrade I can add the amber mirror turns as well but chose not to do that. A bit too much for me.

I wonder if this works on aftermarket headlights, one of the advertising pictures for Morimoto has the amber blinker illuminated

You will need a tazer DT, jscan, or alphaODB. The last two require a security gateway bypass cable

I agree and used the Tazer DT to use the Amber turns.
