TRX Shifter swap

If you don't have e-torque, then you don't have auto start stop. My 2020 Built to Serve has every option but auto start/stop.
What he’s getting at is there’s no such thing as a GT Ram truck without etorque, therefore no part exists for a 4x4 switch cluster without a rotary dial AND without an auto start/stop button.

I was getting confused, and didn't realize he needed the panel with the correct shift knob for the console shifter.

Exactly. Just wondering if anyone has found a solution for that. Even if that was a blank dummy button would be fine with me. But having the auto/start stop symbol on it would bother me.

You could always paint it, or put some vinyl on it

do you have descent control + axle lock?
wondering if you can mix n match from a HD, ie. use the plastic front cover from a 2500 panel and install your circuit board into the housing?

maybe the center 4-button area detached from the surround plastics.

You can swap the buttons/insides across any of them. I can confirm, done it. The front bezel shroud is the difference but internally everything lines up. It really only works out though if your truck has less buttons to use than the one swapping in. You have to swap over the correct button boards and then have extra buttons for show but not the other way around.

If I'm understanding you correctly that still will leave the open area for the auto start/stop. Maybe not the physical button but a hole where that button would be. I believe since I have a Rebel with rear diff lock and decent control the only panel I can use is one from a Rebel GT.
