It's tight but it fits. It took a lot of measuring, cutting, grinding, adjusting to get it just right but I believe we hit the nail on the head. I'm looking farward to seeing these on all of our customers trucks!!! Preorders end tomorrow at noon Mountain TIme. After that we will keep cranking them out but lead times may increase due to volume and back ups in powder coating. Our preorders are going to determine how many sets we get cut at laser. Don't missout on this first run!!!!

What kind of coating were you planning on putting on them? I was going to powder coat them to handle the abuse the undercarriage gets.

I am running the first laser cut prototype on mine right now. They are still bare steel. I will powder coat mine when I have time. Spray on bedliner in the spray can from Home Deport works very well. Primer and paint works too.

I do everything textured black. It is a little more durable and touches up easy with the spray on bed liner from Home Depot. I also love the way it looks.

Finally got the brackets painted & hooks painted then got everything mounted up without too many problems (air suspension module on passenger side is a bit of a PITA getting the bolts back in). While I had the paint out, I did my from hooks in red too. Overall, very pleased with the new look.

Looks really good. The air module is a pain. Especially the top front one. Lol
