65s for sure
Have to completely agree. Just put 285/65R20s on the stock 20 inch wheels. Looks fantastic and no rub whatsoever!

I've seen threads where 35" do rub...but they may have been 305/12.5 wide. What did you do for a spare?

In the picture, what setting is the air suspension set to?

Looks great. Can you snap a few more pics from the side of the truck encompassing the whole truck? Thanks.

Hey there!

I'm new to the forum, love the details and pictures the members post of their setup! However, looking for opinion. I know that is not much of a difference between the two tires besides sidewall height. one is nearly a 34" tire, other is shy of a 35".

Looking at Falken Wildpeak AT3w tires and will use stock Laramie 20" wheel for now. Eventually looking to goto. Fuel 20x9 with +14 or +1 offset. Unsure.... I'm naive with offset size. Do not want tire to stick out very far, if at all any. I believe +1 would be ideal.

Any suggestions for 285/60 or 285/65...

Truck is stock, no level-kit. But thinking of going to Mopar 2" lift kit that has the new shocks and mounts. The ready-lift kids I read hurt ride quality and without the newer control arm, will mess with tire angle.
On my previous ram truck i did a bigger sidewall and it made the truck look clean and beefy without being cheesy. Around here the KO2 is the tire of choice just simply for winter compatibility. Looked really nice but did cost me about 1.5L/100km more in fuel. I am a fan of sidewall thickness. I would chose that option every day

The images were taken at the entry/exit level. For the spare, stayed with the steel 18” and my dealership ordered a 285/75R18 to fit. This puts the spare only .2 inch larger in the event it is needed. Fits nice into the spare wheel well

While you are taking pictures, could you take a picture of the 285/75-18 spare and side shots at normal, aero, and OR?

Thanks!

I’d like to hear if the 285/75/18 fits in the spare location when you get it in.

Sorry about that; i got the spare tire size slightly wrong and crawled underneath to confirm. The spare tire the dealer went with was a 295/70R18. There was an issue getting the size they wanted originally. I think this may have been a good thing. I attached a couple of the images in the spare well and it pretty much fills the space. I am not sure a larger one could get in there. I may have to change this out in the future if I stay with this size to have a normal wheel or some other wheel to be consistant. The normal four tires and the spare are close enough to run AS A SPARE if needed!

Perfect, thanks for the pics. That’s the size I’m going with since my spare is a 18” wheel , that’s the closest size to 275/65/20 height wise.

Can you take a side pic and show the whole truck while not at Entry/Exit level?

Thx

Any way you could take a pick of the front wheel turned to see how close to rubbing it is?

Does stock off road package mean that it’s 4x4 or is it an actual package that needs to be installed? My truck is 4x4 but not sure if that’s synonymous with the “stock off road package” you mentioned above. Your truck looks amazing!!

Not all 4x4s had the Off-road package. The off-road packaged added 1" to ride height, have you the skid plates, and hill decent. Plus the Factory Falken Wildpeak 275/55/20 tires
