torn between 285/65/20 or 285/60/20

@HSKR R/T thank you, exactly what I needed to know! Will look to see if I have that. Love @Bionicbo set up. Got to make sure I have the 1” inch lift if I go get the tires and wheels. Also totally unrelated but maybe you know, anyway to get that 1” increase in height outside of a formal lift kit? Hesitant to pay the sticker price of a lift kit and install for 1 inch :/

Not all 4x4s had the Off-road package. The off-road packaged added 1" to ride height, have you the skid plates, and hill decent. Plus the Factory Falken Wildpeak 275/55/20 tires

Hey there!

I'm new to the forum, love the details and pictures the members post of their setup! However, looking for opinion. I know that is not much of a difference between the two tires besides sidewall height. one is nearly a 34" tire, other is shy of a 35".

Looking at Falken Wildpeak AT3w tires and will use stock Laramie 20" wheel for now. Eventually looking to goto. Fuel 20x9 with +14 or +1 offset. Unsure.... I'm naive with offset size. Do not want tire to stick out very far, if at all any. I believe +1 would be ideal.

Any suggestions for 285/60 or 285/65...

Truck is stock, no level-kit. But thinking of going to Mopar 2" lift kit that has the new shocks and mounts. The ready-lift kids I read hurt ride quality and without the newer control arm, will mess with tire angle.

I have the ready lift leveling kit, and have noticed zero difference in ride quality. I have 285/65R 20 tires, you will not be able to get them on your stock suspension without doing a level.
