We're actually going to go scout some trailers this afternoon. It definitely won't be like yours, but it will have indoor plumbing....which is all my wife cares about. Lol.

After I spent all winter getting ready for backroads off-gridding. #sigh 😞

We looked seriously at Grand Design, Airstream, Ember RV, Black Series, and inTech. The inTech was easily our favorite and the build quality on them is phenomenal. If we decide to upgrade in size, it will be one of these (Terra Oasis Rover):

For sure, and most are being marked up. Luckily, we got ours from a good dealer and got in before any of the MSRP jumps.
I hear ya there. We bought our trailer last year before things got crazy. I thought I got screwed since I didn't get much off until I looked at prices this year. Prices on my model are up around 15% over what I paid.

RV prices will be dropping shortly. Inventory is jumping way up...go drive by your local RV dealer. Gas prices slowed demand way down. Likely temporary, but early summer may be a good time to bargain. And that Intech Terra Rover is awesome.

I run my own design build company, haven’t pulled anything with my 19 yet but I should be buying a new trailer soon - 22’ enclosed. The 14 is gone now, was a good truck. By the way, those Little Tree air fresheners are cool and all but if you really love the smell of cedar..

Nice, where at? We're headed north to Watkins Glen tomorrow after work to watch some Ferrari racing. The first of at least three trips there we have planned this year. Luckily my kids are as big of gearheads as I am. Still working on the wife, but she's coming around
Blue Knob State Park

South Central PA.

The wife gave permission this year to cancel the damn beach trip and just stay in the forest...and I took her to Bristol this year...so if Dodge or RAM every get back into racing...we will be at alot more tracks.

Oh nice! My wife is from the Huntingdon area, so I'm familiar with it. Beautiful area. I wish dodge was still racing too. We've been going to IMSA events for years and my favorite times were when the vipers were strong contenders.

We won't be doing any camping this weekend, but we do have a couple road trips planned.

The "messy interior" season begins!

We went to the local dealership yesterday and all we left with were thoughts.....

What we can afford is impractical for us, and what we like - we can't afford at the moment.

Understandable. I grew up camping as a kid, and now I do it with my kids (and my parents still). I've learned there is nothing about it that's practical  . I'd love a 100k toy hauler and a 3500 to pull it, but I'd have to live in the damn thing ha.

LOL....My trucks are always garage princesses ;) It started to rain yesterday so I took my wife's Cherokee to the store...I was close by with the truck so I literally drove home and swapped vehicles :sneaky:. Even my 3500 the only thing I ever put in the box was the hitch/fiver.

My father in law gives me gears about it all the time ....if I need to do anything "hazardous" to it's beauty, I go to our shop where my wife runs her company (my only involvement is as a "co-owner") and grab one of the shop trucks and/or a trailer (enclosed or dump) LOL

Did some shopping today. 30 fourty pound bags of weed and feed from Sam's club (big sale - under $25 a bag). And then a 75 inch TV from Costco for the bedroom
