After 4 months, my tailgate is finally fixed. I would not have happened without the dedicated help from RamCares and Jameelah. i was provided regular updates and I always got a respones to my questions in a timely manner, usually by end of the day. I have never had to use RamCares in the past. But this experience allows me to highly recommend them when you get in a bind with a dealership.
