Suspension Maxx End Links

Crows foot and some extension is as close as I could get without buying more tools 🤣😭

Well, went ahead and did some trouble shooting. Took the end links off completely and pulled out of my garage. Turned right and still heard the clunk. I’m thinking at this point it’s probably not the sway bar bushings I replaced nor is it the end links. Ive been reading that some are having “issues” with steering and or components of steering. Popped the hood and shook my steering column a little. It was just the slightest bit loose to where I could move it a bit. Is there supposed to be any play at all in the steering column?

I'd probably start looking at parts of the BDS kit.

I have a 2022 ram 1500 with 3.5 ready lift with bilstien 5100 set on 5, doesn't drive great, will these help, also have bilstiens on tge rear with 2 inch spacer that came with kit, I just ordered hellwig swaybar with adjustable endlinks for the rear, just hoping these would solve front steering angles

not my area of expertise but I can say that the hellwig I have in the rear is amazing. I have considered one for the front just because I can. I suspect you will be pleased buy it. I just this week added core 4x4 endlinks with the appropriate height for my rear end lift and they helped make the sway bare evident again after the height

They won't help for what you want. And why did you combine ready lift with the Bilstien lift?

Anyone have any problems with the suspensionmaxx end links rubbing or grinding when turning close to full lock? I have had some grinding noise when making slow turns at full lock or close to full lock since i have installed them

No are you sure it's not just the knuckle stops against the control arm? It's never good to make turns at full lock.

Me too. Finally installed end links, but I went with stock height as I also have drop down brackets. Suspension Maxx also recommended I do stock height links with my set up. I also installed new sway bar bushings, but still…the clunking noise is there. Torqued the end links down to their recommended 60lbs too. It’s at slow speeds that I’m hearing the clunk, turning and straight. Very odd, not sure what to do next. Going to continue to poke around and look for anything else that might lose.
Do you still have them installed or did you go back to stock end links. I am having same problem.

Fwiw I had them on my 1500 and after install I had the clunk still, but just barely compared to before. So I tightened the top nut on the end blanks and it took away the clunk for the most part. Perhaps try tightening that top bolt to compress ret all of the bushings.
