What does x3 500 mean? It was a $1,000 build a ram one that expires on the 17th for me and my truck is due 20-23 of this month.
X3 is just $500 rebates 3 of them. And yea sorry I did mean $1000 for the ram website one. That rebate is valid as long as you ordered the truck before expiration date. It says tht at the bottom of the fine print. Place order or Take delivery by expiration date. These are the rebates for me.

I was told it’s not when you pick it up but when your truck arrives at dealer that determines availability of incentives.
Here is the bottom of ram website coupon. You can see it says “ Must Order or Take Retail delivery by xx/xx/xxxx. As far as rebates and which ones you can use. It’s the dealer that ultimately decides this. Talks to ram chat again and they sent me to ram incentive dept and they said the dealer can make the decision but he said most will do the month you ordered and the month you pick up? So will have to ask your dealer.
The first page of the coupon says you have to take delivery by the end date. The fine print of the coupon says you have to buy or order by the date. I would call the incentive phone line and clarify it.
Yeah I did. They said with the crazy ness of the ordering it is order or delivery. Some people are waiting 10-12 months and others 1-2 lol. It is order or take delivery by the date printed. So hang on to one of them atleast lol. I printed 2-3 to have backups just in case.

Yup, I got that same coupon. It just expired. I emailed them to ask about sending another one because they are unable to build my truck for me from 6 months ago and not arrive on time. Some generic "too bad" response is all i got.
That is not correct. Many of us on here used it for the trucks we ordered.

Well I guess I'll be getting another 1000 off, because It clearly says or order by 4/19/2022 as I still have it.
Seriously let us know how that works out because My ram Dealer says if it does not show up on his screen as valid under my crm profile he won’t apply that rebate
I've got the email from Ram still and all of my deal has a paper trail. So we'll see how bad they want to fight.
