Start of 2022 Production.

Oh you are so screwed lol. Time to find a new hobby and start bingeing new videos.
My new hobbies include being an "expert" on a couple rebel and GT pages on FB, helping 4 neighbors with ordering a ram truck, talking incessantly to my wife, neighbors and anyone else who will listen about what I'm going to be able to do when the truck (and explicit details about the truck I ordered, including comments like "you should see how beautiful that undercarriageisup close") gets here, calling my ram dealer every couple of days for status updates and checking this page every couple of hours, like a junkie looking for a fix,,to check for any updates. Who needs a hobby?! LMFAO!!! 🤣

Mine is on that same train coming to MD. I was also told of the arrival date but sure didn’t know about the extra 3 weeks, GeeZ!!! Thanks for the heads up!
Mine MAY be too! Checked with ramchat this morning.

I am showing that your vehicle is in the shipping stage. Current Dealer ETA is 01/12/2022 - 01/25/2022.

I'll check with Aaron later this afternoon. Fingers crossed!

All that plus checking the Cassens website every couple of hours and seeing if I've been moved from storage to the rail yard yet.

Does the Cassens website work for all deliveries or just certain delivery areas? My truck will be delivered to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and was wondering if I'd be able to track it's movement using Cassens. I too am obsessed and I'm sure once it's built and ready for delivery, I'll have to find something else to obsess about beyond the build process.

Sounds like we need to start some kind of support group for us all waiting and obsessed.

They use Cassens to move the trucks around the Detroit area to rail yards or storage yards. If yours doesn't ship directly from the plant it will likely show up on the Cassens website

This morning's Ram Chat update:

Thank you so much for holding. I am showing that your vehicle is in the shipping stage. Current Dealer ETA is 01/11/2022 - 01/25/2022.

So close I can tastes it. Off to run up the YouTube views. Now that we are all admitting we have the same problem, I don't feel quite as guilty...

Is there any point in calling my dealer? Would they be able to narrow the date down any further?

Speak of being obsessed. Mine is still in the yard waiting to get on a rail. But I've already researched how to track it once it does. If your destination is East of the Mississippi on going by rail it will go via CSX. I thought west of the big muddy it was UP but as bigdodge pointed out his went BNSF. But for CSX once you get the rail car number from the dealer via an updated POC you can track by calling CSX customer service. Use only the automated line. If you talk to an actual person they will ask for your Letter of Authorization. So if using the information below if you somehow get transferred to a live person, hang up and call back to try again.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Question for anyone. Did ram website get tweaked again? I'm not able to build a bighorn with a rambox. I know it was removed for the tradesman, but should be available for bighorn models, unless I missed something recently about the rambox.

2022 Ram Big Horn Back Country
2016 Dodge Charger scat pack
2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara

Question: For the guys that have recently taken delivery of their Rams, and had an ETA window, did your truck land at the dealer at the beginning, middle or end of the ETA window?

CHARTS UPDATED
Thanks triple_B for your work, great update to the start of the year!

Question: For the guys that have recently taken delivery of their Rams, and had an ETA window, did your truck land at the dealer at the beginning, middle or end of the ETA window?
Delivery window was 12/22 - 1/10. Dealer called me 12/27, although that was a Monday and it might have arrived earlier than that.

Agreed, reports all indicate they are but if the line fired up late last night as expected then we wouldn't see Build Sheets until tomorrow morning so hopefully they come back strong!
Sorry if this is posted here, i looked on the app but i am not finding anything.

Is there a chart or did anyone do a breakdown of what the estimated time in each stage is on the assembly line?
I think this would be cool info if its doable.
If not or its not doable, my bad. Thanks!

Per Ram Chat today, My truck is in shipping status with no ETA. We will not have any future updates it will stay in this status until it arrives.

I got that same answer a few days ago. Today, I have a shipping window. Try back in a few days, I'd bet you will too...
