I did see that and I stopped in to see my salesman on Friday, truck is in KZS so it doesn't appear to be stuck but it doesn't appear to be moving either. Although the page he showed did not look like that you posted, just had a window of delivery. I'm wondering if that's because it has left stalantis but has yet to actually leave the shipping yard? Mine will not be going by rail but by trailer directly to the dealer.

I initially got my VIN and VON the day after I ordered from RamChat by giving them my name, contact info, and dealer. Literally the only thing RamChat has been accurate about.

I love seeing a VIN 70,000+ higher than mine, with basically all the same options I have, with a build sheet, while my order is languishing in D status. LOVE. IT.

I've read in this forum RamChat doesn't provide any support for Canadians. I have asked my dealer for the VIN a few times, they don't have one. I have the VON and POC but no VIN. It is in BX status

Thanks. Is that typical for Canadian orders? Seems like everyone here has their VIN. I am wondering if it has to do with dealer allocation
