That's nice. I wonder if all night editions on any trim level have that.

Looking at other BackCountry pics it looks like trucks without premium light group have standard taillights and third brake light. Trucks with premium light group have the night edition taillights but standard third brake light. Maybe because I got the technology package and premium lighting I got the black taillights and black third brake light? Not sure I'm right or not, just going off internet pics.

Out of the blue I received an email from RAM customer care saying they're working on building my truck that I ordered and would email me back when they have a delivery date. It had the VIN number on the email too. I haven't contacted customer care or anything. Does this mean is getting scheduled to build? I ordered back in July and haven't seen any movement on it. Dealer says it is still on D status

Dealer went out in the sleet / snow and snapped two quick pics. He said it will go through inspection tomorrow so maybe late tomorrow or Saturday morning to pick it up. I like the black third brake light. Also the LED headlights look nice compared to the standard headlights. Will post more when I get there!

I dig it. The white looks great with the black two tone. I'm very jealous premium light group isn't an option anymore.

Although, I bought a 2021 bighorn a month ago and it has standard headlights...they really are pretty decent too.

Yeah I would have ordered a Backcountry if the premium lights were available.

I was wondering the same thing when i saw this. I very much like the look of that third brake light. However after looking at the illustration of a night edition build on RAM's website, as well as a bunch of Big Horn/Laramie night editions on auto trader, it surprisingly appears to be clear and red. No black aside from the thin outer trim. Kind of a bummer. Maybe its unique to the BackCountry. Good news is, it must be available for purchase somehow.

He has the tech package so he has the camera in the 3rd brake light. That's why he gets the cool looking black light lol
