question eighty and or tripleB
can you track the Ignition orange paint TRX's so we know when they get to the total of 875 units?

I post full TRX stats on the RAMTRX forums every morning

Build sheets are issued somewhere along the way in production (I think it's after framing/paint/trim, but before it gets sent off to the body vendor). The estimated ship date, I believe, is the date that the truck is supposed to be "done"...but not necessarily shipped out on a train. If this other member has an ESD of 11/16, then I would expect to see the build sheet on either 11/16 or 11/17 (the morning after, as build sheets are published on the previous day's builds).

I received a phone call last night that paint and frame are completed and the truck is waiting for parts. He wasn't told or sure which part or parts but its to resume production in the coming days hopefully. Still cant find a build sheet anywhere so this makes sense. Hopefully the end of this journey is near.

triple_B already posts that information in the TRX forum. As of yesterday, the cumulative numbers were 567 (built), 369 (shipped).

When Tracking on Cashes where do you find your dealer number?

It's the number in parentheses behind the dealer's name (in the "sold to" or "ship to" sections).

On your POC next to the name and address of the dealer. Should be at digit code in brackets.

I am curious to know if they will stop at 875 Orange models or not?

So maybe things are different for me as I ordered a pickup through a fleet dealership since I get a big discount from my work if I do so. But I told the dealer to go ahead and order my ram October 15th. Didn't hear anything back from the dealer about a vin number so I called them. They told they still do not have a vin but it passed edit. I asked for the von and they gave me that. I went to ram cares and gave them the von to see what they would tell me. Found out the order wasn't submitted until 11/2. Which I understand that dealers are allocated only so much, but wasn't told this was going to happen. What I cant believe is that it has still been 14 days since it was submitted and that it passed edit but still no vin when I see people gettting a vin in a couple days. Frustrating. It's going to be a long wait I feel....

I have a feeling that being a fleet order has something to do with it. From what I've observed, it seems like FCA dumps in large quantities of VINs at certain times - meaning they're holding piles of orders until they're ready to assign VINs. For example, in the past day or so, 10,000 new VINs appeared. I was seeing 217xxx until today, where I've suddenly seen some 227xxx's.

Same info, in the chart. Includes new member additions (@ReedScott01, @Thomasg10, @cmbutter, @mells).
Notice that the VINs now go all the way into the 227 group (no 5th Gen members up there yet).

me too that was why I asked
For 2021, the LE was only supposed to only have 702 built in honor of the 702 HP. However, at the end of the year I had tracked 840 (833 true LE's) in total. 702 for the US, 100 for Canada, 25 for the Middle East, 6 to Puerto Rico and then 7 additional NON LE trucks that just happened to get painted Anvil by mistake when they shouldn't have been able to be ordered this way.

When I went to my dealer to look into how this may have happened, you could start the configurator and pick LE, which set the paint to Anvil, but later on if you removed the LE option by picking Lvl1 or Lvl2 it wouldn't force the color back. So you ended up with a configuration that wasn't actually possible from the top down.

And those non-LE's in anvil will be the ones worth some money many, many years from now.
