I've been given the same talking points for 2 months now from RAM customer care. After 4 months, still in "D" status. I actually got a letter from RAM 2 months ago stating my truck will be at the dealer shortly. Bottom line the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. They lie, they obviscate, and they just don't care. I have bought 7 new Ram trucks in the last 25 years. Makes no matter to them. So, this week I cancelled my order and bit the bullet and bought a 2022 2500 Longhorn off a dealers lot in GA. payed more but got a truck since I have been without one for 4 months. My thanks to RAM for caring about it's long time customers is, this is the last RAM I buy. I would have bought one from another manufacturer but there are none to be had. Oh well. Life goes on.I just called the Ram Cares line about my 119 VIN Longhorn.
The agent was very pleasant. After two long holds, I was told that she "couldn't access my information" but that she did see I had an escalated case and was making a note for "someone" to contact me
I did actually get my case number from her though, which was not in the email previously sent, so there is that.
So now I sit and wait for the Cara-bot to send me another form email with zero information.
